    I was at work when that conversation happened, and at the time when all the kids were being released from school. :lol: honestly Vertani didn't cross my mind until all was said and done. Wanted to help but the great big mcguffin was flying over my head apparently.

    Was just out of no where. Her ugly long dragon claws ripped into the defenceless innocent pup and Quil screamed in horror.

    Today I accidentally shanked my daughter's pet wolf. I would feel absolutely terrible if it wasn't a mini-pet that respawns. Now I just laughed and called it "parenting".

    Not a whole lot. Settling in to the new positions, my administrative juices are finally flowing again and getting some ideas where I can take the Targossian Academy and Harbingers program. 

    Surprisingly addicted to bashing. New goal is 101.

    Generally good at keeping Shimi even tempered but she was in a sort of foul mood and decided to run off and explore Meropis. Got all the way down there and something so unexpected and impactful happen that she ended up sitting in a field with a bunch of sheep bawling. Couldn't find a moment to catch her breath and she just kind of broke a little inside, and I was crying too. A friend walked all the way down and set her back on her feet and I'm hoping for a better month for Shimi tomorrow.

    Became an Infernal knight after being a Runewarden for like.... A day. Got to level 21, nothing special there. 

    Is now sleeping and about to go join Mhaldor. :expressionless:

    Sort-of-kind-of taught a newcomer to the house the basics of sword and shield Runewarden, which was cool, really solidified that I'm actually on my way to knowing what I'm doing after two weeks into starting the game. Got level 77, too, which is cool. Slowed down a lot from the early levels, but chugging through to 80 in the next few days. All told, very exciting and glad to be part of the game.

    Also discovered I really hate the phrase 'sword-and-board' in-character/in-game, but apparently everyone uses it. At least it's better than 'SnB', I guess.

    You people make me sad. I try not to use the phrase in an ic context, just on ooc clans and such, but I like that phrase.

    A flash of light appears by Darmong's shoulder and fades out.

    You say to Darmong, a black-clad monk with a slurred, throaty accent, "Damnit man! Wear a bell or something."

    Despran raises his hand to his mouth and titters girlishly.

    Darmong, a black-clad monk says, "I will endeavour to make allowances for your jumpiness in future, Reiloch."

    You nod your head at Darmong, a black-clad monk.

    You say to Darmong, a black-clad monk with a slurred, throaty accent, "Much appreciated."

    Darmong, a black-clad monk kneels low, his lips moving in some sort of prayer.

    A flash of light appears by Darmong's shoulder and fades out.

    A swish of black robes alerts you to a monk's departure.

    Today I learned to mine. I also learned that when someone looks up to you you can destroy them in inexplicable ways without realising it. The person explained that manymany moons ago, their order mentor taking them sailing after they had consistently refused to sail with their mother created a permanent rift between them and their mother. What the hell, man?

    I also got a peek into a returning Lupine's quotebucket. I share!
