It was in Morindar, in a pack with about three other journal from various people, some shovels, a bag of stasis, and a spyglass. It just happened to be the first journal I pulled out, and that was not what I was expecting.
Indeed. I am as surprised as anyone you found that. I never knew what he did with it after we put the owner of the journal to rest. Thought it was supposed to be some place it wouldnt be disturbed again. heheh. I dont think it worked...just sayin.. but yes.. First time I read that I was like..oookaaaay this kid is disturbed...no wonder there is an angry spirit floating around.
Oddly enough, asthma, which prevents breathing, prevents not breathing, which would make a mind-numbing prefix to that title if it were to exist in Achaea.
So I find a pack on the ground out in the middle of nowhere and think to myself, oh, another theft attempt, it's just an empty...flame-sigiled pack. Something told me to check it, so I did. Found a couple of journals. First one I read...

The diary of Balamat the Gifted
Phaestian 3nd, 234 AF:
I have found a great place to hunt, a world of my own. Nobody comes here
and I love the solitude of it all. I wish I could show my mother this
place. Oh.. mother if you were still here. I am so alone with out you.
Chronos 12, 236 AF:
I've found some new friends, mother I wish you could meet them. They
have taught me how I should keep my anger a part of me. They say I am
meant for great things and if I only follow their guidance, they will
show me your spirit and fathers. I wish father could have been proud of
me. To be able to hear those words, "Son you have done well." ohh what
is this anyway, but a a tear splattered upon a piece of paper.

Serapin 17, 242 AF:
I will bring you back soon mother. I think I've found the way. My
friends have shown me. There is a ritual where I need the skin off the
chest of a Sciren, the foreskin of a Satyr, and the wings of an Atavian.
I can use these things to bring the both of you back.
My suffering will stop and we can be together again.

Mayan 4th, 254 AF:
Disaster!! Mother I am so sorry. I felt your kiss against my lips
shortly before your husk crumbled to dust. I felt you there!!. It's
father's fault, I know it! He was always so greedy and could not stand
being alone with Aeon without you. There is only one thing left to
do...I will become a spirit amongst you both!! We will live though time
and eternity. I shall always bring the pain to others that we have been
caused to feel this day. Father... this is your doing. May the gods damn
your eternal soul!!

Welcome to another episode of the Young and the Achaean. Tonight, will Balamat finally succeed in returning his mother? reuniting at last? Will he finally be at peace? Will I finally find a job that doesnt declare the titles of such insanities called 'inspirational writing'? Stay tuned! *gun shot*
After gathering the seven dragonballs, our group of adventures had set off to find Yudhishthira in order to cash in their wish and revive their long lost comrade, Tanris. Upon arriving at Polyogaros, Yudhishthira sees the gleaming dragonballs, takes them and hordes them away, then kills everyone to death.
And then Goku (Tanris) somehow randomly comes back to life through some other method, 10000x stronger, and kills Yudhi. Revives his friends, then promptly dies when another somehow more powerful opponent comes along, thus extending the series.

Feene quietly opens up her trenchcoat. Feene says, "Hey." The radiant sun shines all about you. Feene says, "Do you want to buy some hawthorn?" You shake your head. You say to Feene, "I use minerals, unfortunately." Feene closes her trenchcoat.

The pale countenance of the Lord Bard stands here, filling the room with whispers of creations yet to be made. A Caer Witrin town guard strikes a dashing figure as he carefully watches his surroundings.
You see exits leading northeast, southeast, southwest (open door), and northwest.

A deep, cold crypt (indoors).
The stone walls are carved smooth and square, and heavy iron bracing helps support the ceiling. Red velvet drapery over every wall barely softens the effect of the stark stone. Ancient, cracked marble stairs lead upwards to a heavy iron trapdoor. The chill in the air is, if anything, greater than that of the snow-laced wind outside. No spiders, no insects, no rats, not even dust touch the solemnity of this tomb. No sound penetrates. The very absence of any smell is conspicuous; this room is dead in every possible sense.
You see a single exit leading up (closed door).

"Mummy, I'm hungry, but there's no one to eat! :C"
Pounding on the hotbox? Hammering the human-forge? Quenching the two-hander? Getting folded and riveted? Scandalous.
Fortunately, anyone who's played a Knight knows that's not what was happening, because "forging fullplate" is never synonymous with anything fun.
@Aerek: Forging fullplate requires investing in a sizable amount of comms, costing you a lot of coin(and credits if hammer is included), requiring a long-term commitment to craft and wear the suit, be willing to spend months getting the right stats, AND deal with the fickle niceties of RNG.
Thusly, I conclude that forging fullplate is synonymous with 'dating', and from my research on human behaviour, the consensus is that dating equates to fun. By extension, I further conclude that fullplate forging is definitively fun.
Of course, having forged a relatively decent suit of fullplate on my first try(and as a blademaster during the Bal'met ember days, no less), there may be some statistical bias.

Your breath scorches the air as you say, "I hope you knew how to do that before."
Technically, you just learned how not to breathe.
