My tells consist of hi Cooper bb and "Op". Pretty sure you kept your +3 str gauntlets and diadem on, but you should be able to time things unartied like I can. Don't tell me you rely on them too much. Come on man, I'm level 80 and not omnitrans, just tritrans, do something better. You've had 3 tries now.
Re: Cahin's log - I timed it perfectly, just had an extra 3 thousandths of a second of latency that I didn't account for, my bad, so you executed limb breaks before I could set mine up again. My bad.

In reference to the announce post (and Verrucht's interactions with various tritons, for his own purpose):
(Clan): @Velyse says, "It would be like some new alien race shows up, and when he meets with every city leader, is just like. "Salutations. I am Sir Kael, F--ker of Siblings." That's you, Verrucht. You're that guy."
(D.M.A.): Cooper says, "Kyrra is either the most innocent person in the world, or the girl who uses the most innuendo seemingly unintentionally but really on purpose."
From latest events post - "Bring in the representatives of the Guild of Shadows. I wish to hear what the spies embedded in Mhaldor and Cyrene have to say about the matter in the Sea of Screamed
Prayers..."
Inquisition time. Anyone who smells salty must burn.
We Refugees will be renting out our Priests for the low, low price of 100k per Inquisition. Payments may be made on my Delos bank account.

Kohilo tells you, "Did you think you had cause to kill me." Kohilo tells you, "Didn't think so." You tell Kohilo Vorondil-Crescent, "Cause? I certainly do." Kohilo tells you, "Name it." Kohilo tells you, "Lame..." You tell Kohilo Vorondil-Crescent, "You count yourself among the homeless terrorists of New Hope, even if you have forsaken the remnant of the abominable snakes." Kohilo tells you, "Lame..."
I think it is nice Hashan is being a little bold in attacking Refugees (questionable targets sometimes) , but I would like to give a reminder that the admins not too long ago did away with the huge pk laws and just gave guidelines in the new HELP PK, main point in not attacking other players just because they are in an opposing faction. Refugees has been good on that part in only fighting those who are seeking the conflict ( but they have other things to improve on in ongoing conflict like shrines? ) So let's try not to make the admins regret their big decision on pk rules please!
Attacking a refugee for the sole fact that they're a refugee (assuming Kohilo is not a regular raider or ganker, if he is, then the rest of my post is inapplicable here and dw about it) is pretty damn irresponsible and stupid for someone as established as yourself, a cityleader, even! There are plenty of refugees you can fight if you were genuinely interested in conflict, unless your sole purpose was merely securing a kill on a noncom because of his organisation.
Commission List: Aesi, Kenway, Shimi, Kythra, Trey, Sholen .... 5/5 CLOSED I will not draw them in the order that they are requested... rather in the order that I get inspiration/artist block.
No he's always been refugee. At least to my knowledge and I've known him for like forever

First, I would again like to applaud the Refugees on being good sports so far concerning the Serpentlord attacks. Kohilo's was the first negative reaction I received, at least personally, since the Serpentlord started. I did not intend on griefing him and contacted Kohilo afterwards ensuring him that I would not come after him again(at which point he ignored me). The refugees are a special case, they do not have many shrines to go after and mostly either loiter in New Hope or Cyrene a majority of the time. So, I thought the Serpentlords going after refugees in turn was a good alternative that jived with the house's ethos.
I have avoided well known non-combatants but I do not have a comprehensive list of who is who is not a fighter. So again, if our actions rub you the wrong way, let me know OOC, I am not an unreasonable guy, but at the same time we must remember that they are intentionally part of a group that took the offensive against Hashan, has razed every shrine of Ourania and Twilight in the world and raided heavily with regularity.
I appreciate the constructive and non-argumentative criticism and reminders given. I understand the balance between having a realistic conflict where Serpentlord terrorist action strikes fear into the refugees who have vowed to "bring Hashan to its knees" and griefing people with a flimsy premise causing them to not enjoy they game. My main annoyance with the interaction was that he did not even role without despite what dubious premise some may wish to argue it was founded upon.
While I think this is all something of an overreaction (one death, who cares?), posting it to the forums when somebody complains is pretty stupid. Especially when you still insist on calling people terrorists.
Vayne, there are only like six rules now and you still managed to explicitly break one.
I disagree, but the days of PK lawyering are done.
You can't have possibly even read them. The entire first rule is basically based off of the situation you just described. Even down to the person asking why and you not being able to come up with a legitimate response.

I think blowing up many monuments to religious figures then hiding out in an underground safe room certainly fits the idea of terrorism, don't you?
In defence of @Vayne I actually kinda like what he is doing. At first, I was amazingly pissed off by it (he's gotten me twice now), but I like the RP idea behind it, and the fact that he isn't being a prat about it. Hell, he hardly needs the experience when all is said and done.
My only qualm, is that he targets the weaker members of the Refugees. That is not to say Novices, or complete non-combatants, but the weaker end of the spectrum nontheless. I can see the RP arguments in favour of that though, but being targetted by two dragons (@mycen was involved the first time) still wrankles a bit when you are level 81, only a raider, and a pretty poor one at that. However, I thoroughly approve of the RP behind it, and so long as Vayne continues to stay reasonable, I'm quite happy with it!

Real day terrorism perhaps, but the Achaea our characters live in sees murder day in and day out, constant shrine defilement and destruction, and organized raiding and destruction of cities. While that scenario is outside of the confines of what would be acceptable in real life, if something like that causes panic and terror in Achaea it is to be assumed that everyone constantly lives in terror.
If we all started killing everyone who is a member of an organisation that has done some harm to others at some point, there'd be ridiculous levels of slaughter 24/7. Even with the new PK rules in effect, there are still countlessly many more situations where our character would have a reason to attack someone else, but still shouldn't.

Now as much as I'd like to continue to verbally shoot down your arguments and excuses, let's get back to quotes.
