  • I'm actually a little annoyed with the Tarot change, in that I no longer have the Northern Ithmia exit. It was very useful for getting back to Hashan quickly, especially before I got dragon. It would be really nice if your city membership allowed you one extra exit which gave us these close-to-city exits back again, with cityless getting Delos.

Oh God, so much reading about this game.
    My quick question:

Do you really need a house to get to know the game, or can a city just as effectively teach?
I kind of like how zealous Targossas(spelling?) is, and Deucalion fits perfectly with who Cynder would want to follow but, so very lost.

Cities can effectively teach, its generally easier with houses because they have novice scrolls for each individual class.  But really, just check CWHO and ask the highest ranked person for a little bit of their time and I'm sure 90% of them will talk to you or find someone who can help you if they aren't AFK.

  • Q: Can anyone please tell me if there's a theme for this Bardic cycle, and, if so, what it is? Thanks in advance.
Tvistor: If that was a troll, it was masterful.
I take my hat off to you.
  • Is there any way to either delete or rename help files within a clan? To reiterate, not news posts, but the help files.
Hiroma tells you, "I just got to listen to someone complain about your deadly axekick being the bane of their existence."
Archdragon Mizik Corten, Herald of Ruin says, "Man, that was a big axk."

A good mentor can be just as, if not more, helpful than any House.

Those seafaring birds, how the hell do they work? Apparently you can teach them to say things?

  • City credit sales.  Can you buy more as soon as the year changes, or do you have to wait until it's been one year since your last purchase?

    I have undressed a god.

  • @skye

say birdy <what you want to teach them>.

Must be short phrase/one word or so.

Takes forever to train them, like you'll be saying the 'say birdy <what you want to teach them> somewhere in the 1000x range.

  • @Gibbi: Neither, they don't automatically roll over. The city leader has to close the sale and then open the next one (I have no idea why they decided to have it run that way...)
  • Thanks Antonius!

you don't need to prefix what they need to say with 'say'?

Targossas has no houses so all the novices are dealt with through the ambassador ministry.  They have it all set up so that all novices can get the training they need. We also usually have a really good amount of mentors around that will take you and help you learn. One thing through is you are expected to also take the initiative to study that scrolls that you are told to.  There is training offered that you should ask for.

Click "Back to Mobile Site" at the bottom of the page.

Or just going to forums.achaea.com/profile/nomobile/1 should also work.
