Hmm, you might be right on that. I'll have to test it later.

If both classes were allowed, it wouldn't make much sense as to why everyone else couldn't do the same thing. The best way (At least, that the admin felt) to disallow everyone just having all concoctions/curatives classes immediately available was to create a "Rivalry" between the two. Therefore, Alchemists that taught everybody the skills initially would refuse to be in a faction with Forestal classes.
It's a better thing, imo. It gives more of an identity to Eleusis in that not everyone can just own Nature classes. Keep the Forestal classes in the Forest, Occultic classes in the Chaos faction, Devotion in Targ, Necromancy in Mhaldor, and so on.
And Hashan gets the Merchants, right?
This came up when admin started "hardening the lines" (which is a great thing). I would hope that if the trend continues, Cyrene and Hashan will eventually have certain "gamechanging" classes that are exclusively theirs as well. I'd used Runelore as an example at the time, but only as an example...
EDIT: also, the great thing about having gone with alchemy is that we aren't beholden to nature. As time goes on, hopefully Cyrene will no longer be beholden to any faction by virtue of the implicit threat of class skills being taken away from large swaths of the citizenry.
Runewarden traits are so horrid. Pretty much have all the crafting ones because there's nothing else.
(D.M.A.): Cooper says, "Kyrra is either the most innocent person in the world, or the girl who uses the most innuendo seemingly unintentionally but really on purpose."
I took Nimble, Robust, and originally had one of the crit ones. Aim to Kill. Since dropping it, I have noticed only a little significance in the crits I am putting out at my level.
Personally I think knights got screwed for traits. Really not half as tanky as I used to be, and that was before trading all my arties in.

Okay, will think twice before taking Nimble... I have no idea whether it's worth it to the Runie who has min/maxing down to a science, but it sounds like like the damage resistance cost mentioned is quite painful.
It was more losing Reinforced Armour for a trait. I really felt that loss

There's a trade off though, everyone lost health weaver, triage and the option of reinforced. For a damage class like knights that's generally a plus.
But yes, runewardens didn't get a class specific trait like devout or the one for necromancers. Maybe a minor that lets you rune or recover balance from prop 10% faster.
@jules - Nimble, Improved Physique and I'd pick between sticky stirrups or light stepper. The limb assessment one isn't that useful imo, master ink is possible just because you might be able web/bypass parry easily on non-buckawned foes.
2. Improved physique (PvP offense) or 2. Receptive body (PvP defense) or 2. Robust (PvE).
3. Sawbones (useful for keeping track of limbs, avoiding fake applies, etc) or 3. Sticky stirrups (probably very useful if you rely on a mount for mountjump and flying) or 3. Hated (more enemies) or 3. Lucky (if you're only ever going to bash)
Personally, I took Nimble, Receptive body and Sawbones. However, I have level three gauntlets so my walking around strength is 18, Inspiration boosts that to 20, Fury (if/when I use it) to 22; top end of 24 (truefavour + runes) isn't -that- uncommon for me to have. I have no need for the extra strength from Improved physique.
Minors: Marksman, Blissful ignorance (if you do any amount of PvP) and Meticulous care are no brainers, master forger if you're inclined to do that, then whatever else takes your fancy.
Nimble for runewarden is fine, you guys get Algiz, Jera and Berkana as well as better Fullplate. It isn't the best choice for an Infernal, but that's nothing to do with you. Go Nimble, Improved Physique and then either Lethal Ink/Hated/Limbcrusher/Sticky stirrups, whatever you want. I don't feel like it really matters beyond nimble and improved physique
I bought a ship recently with @Wysteria and wouldn't mind some clarification on the Latin words "Aere Volantis" - like, does it literally mean "steering wheel" or is it just poor grammar for "flying air"?
Do goods sold through the denizen who buys from and sells goods to adventurers down in Meropis decay while they are in his inventory, or do they behave as if in a stock room?
The sweltering heat of the forge spills out across the land as the rumbling voice of Phaestus booms, "I want you to know, the Garden reaction to that one is: What?" The voice of Melantha, Goddess of the Seasons, echoes amid the rustle of leaves, "That's the censored version."
Oh neat. Would be awesome if more adventurers use it! More reason to go down south. What got me thinking about it was the fellow trying to sell his rapiers. Just give them to this denizen and he can probably sell them on your terms!
You'd think that I'd know this by now, but I've looked through all related help files and can't find anything about it. Is there a way to embed says within emotes without just typing it out? For instance - emote (strolling up to @fountain,) wistfully touches the smooth stone and says "blah, blah, blah."

None of these say anything about it:
help says
help emoting
help expressiveness
help emotions
help emotion list
help emoticons
Well, you can do basically what you just typed, embedding 'says, "blah blah blah."' in an emote. If you mean doing it in such a way that it still gets colored as a SAY, sends a gmcp.Comm event, etc, I don't think there's a way to do that, no.

If you're bashing, then the 14/14 would definitely be better. Until you get higher levels / artefacts.
