Let's say you have a ship. Someone sets their shipreturn to said ship, because they have captaining perms. Then one day, you decide you don't want that friend to have access to your ship for whatever reason, and remove their permissions. Is there a way to ensure that their shipreturn/sea prayer can no longer return them to that ship? Does the act of removing their permissions prevent this now? The AB file sounds like it should (for shipreturn at least), but I'd like to be certain.

If I'm not mistaken, just removing them from the Captain's list prevents ship return and sea prayer from working.

When I bought my stationary kit, it was empty. Also, when I first probed the kits (long before I bought because I wanted to see the letter description), there were two or three letters in the kit probed, suggesting it was refilling while sitting in the shop, which would explain why they were empty - they're brand new, not even a month old. Older artefacts like palettes or horns have been sitting in their stockrooms for a long time before being bought, so they've had time to fill up. That's just a guess - I could be way off on how things work.
But we'll see. If it's not filled by 10 PM CST tonight, then it's definitely bugged, and we can complain without the chance of looking like idiots for not waiting.
So, finally, at a time that really doesn't make any sense to me but we'll go with it, I finally got one cologne bead in the case. We'll see how often it fills. Hopefully not once per IG month, because that'd be twice misleading in the announce post.
ETA: And in a funny-not-funny turn of events, the bead was bugged and cannot be worn.
