    However much you can convince some poor sod to pay, I guess. I've heard of desperate people paying 50 credits, but I've always just gotten it done for the comms, no additional charge.

    Hard to justify spending 50 credits just to allow you to spend even more credits on rondels and paragons. Ew.

    @Farrah in return though, you kinda have to consider how much time/gold was spent on hitting legend smith. Only giving comms is seriously ripping off the smith.

    With how much it costs to get the ability to embrasure I don't see an issue with people charging 50cr for an embrasure.

    I tied someone down and made them do it cheaper for me though.

    I paid 50cr for my first embrasure, but there are active people who will do it for free if you look hard enough. Ask people around in game. Turn it into an RP point of searching the realms for a legendary smith. Look for people who might know someone. Try each city.

    You don't hire for free. You shouldn't get your shit embrasured for free either. Even if someone does it for free, you should definitely give them a fat tip.

    I figure that I'm dropping 1000 credits on the SoA paragon and another 350 on the rondel. At that point why bother quibbling about another ~30-50 or so?

    That isn't accurate, sounds like someone misread it to me. I've fixed this.
