@Nicola @Makarios Are the artefacts received from completing the Black Wave talisman set for the new class also going to be available for general purchase when it's released?

Also is the level 3 regen from the mantle a power that can be moved to other items or is it tied specifically to the mantle?

1. The artefacts that are available through the special feretory will be available if not on release, fairly soon after. You just get them as a free bonus if you complete the set at this time (or as a free bunch of credits if you feel you just would prefer to trade them in).

2. You can move the powers off the mantle if you want to, but the mantle is pretty cool!

The amber ampoule is a consumable item to be used in conjunction with the miniature goblin minipet found in the talisman set.

Each ampoule will contain a sample of material collected from the various races of Achaea, and can be broken over the minipet. This will cause the goblinoid to take on various traits of the featured race.

The ampoules can be TURNed in order to cycle between 3 races. These 3 race choices will alter throughout the month. BREAK AMPOULE <minipetID> in order to alter the creature.

The smoked glass flask is an artefact version of the amber ampoules, it can also be turned to change which race it will feature. The race choices will accumulate as the new ampoules are made available. SHAKE FLASK <minipetID> to utilise this strange item.

Yeah I completed it. When I do II goblin it just shows it as a talisman in the inventory.

That sounds like a bug to me, but I haven't seen one. Can I meet up with you in game and try to figure it out with you?

Ah okay it does show as talisman, but you can drop it like a normal minipet. It follows orders and stuff. Now to figure out this ampoule

A blank and bantam goblin screeches as his entire lower body begins to widen and grow, finally 

leaving him with the torso and six legs of a Nevaharr. With a painful squelch, his eyes narrow into 

feline slits and a tail erupts behind him.

The goblinoid head and torso of this amalgamation are completely ordinary for one of his lineage, 

however his lower body resembles that of a diminutive lion, if one with six legs. A perfectly formed,

 feline tail swishes behind, somewhat ratty and diseased-looking. Each of his six legs glisten with 

tiny but razor-sharp claws, clacking on the ground as the goblinoid paces about. Despite the 

miniature size, his leonine body seems powerfully built though still a bit sickly green in hue. 

Golden, feline eyes stare out from a perfectly ordinary face, lending an even more alien countenance 

to this strange creature.

A goblin possessing the lower body of a six-legged lion looks relatively helpless.

He has 100% health remaining.

He weighs about 7 pounds.

He is loyal to Bann.


@Nicola - Where do I buy that flask thing that's mentioned? The one that contains all the ampoules or whatever??

You can get them off the wheel, but I'd probably wait and see if they show up in regular circulation. Tokens feel like just throwing handfuls of credits at the wheel to see it spin this month.

I have arrived here from another of the IRE games. Is there any way to receive additional information about the promotional talismans (how many pieces each set requires etc)?

TALISMAN SET BLACKWAVE has the full list of talismans. Then TALISMAN INFO <talisman> to see which pieces are required. All of them require four level 1 pieces though.

So, old, old bazaar item, "a pendant of vanilla oil". When worn, if you turn it, you can open/close it. When opened, you get a message about being surrounded by a cloud of vanilla. No other messages, no matter how long I wore it with it opened.

Anyone know how this works, in general? I vaguely remember it from a looong time ago, but I never got one myself. I happened to get my hands on one recently, and I'm hoping someone here old enough remembers. If it even still works - as I understand, some old, rather unique items like this sort of stopped working over time.
