    Your base crit rate should be ((Level-25)/100)^3. So about 16.6% at level 80, about 40.5% at level 99 (which may be the cap, rather than 100).

    Well, damnit. Wonder if my math is wrong. Seems like I'm getting a free 12% extra dps or so.

    What crit rate are you seeing?

    Is your crit tracker counting battlerage attacks (and matching everything properly)? If not, that would make it look a lot higher.

    It's counting battlerages. It accounts for blackout. Only crit modifier that I know I have is Lucky trait. Hovering around 34.5% for 92, but I'm only 4k hits into the level, so it's not quite so reliable. However:

    Current Level: 91
    Calculated Crit chance: 33.20%
    Total Hits: 15974

    Current Level: 90
    Calculated Crit chance: 32.36%
    Total Hits: 23944

    Current Level: 89
    Calculated Crit chance: 30.42%
    Total Hits: 25926

    Current Level: 88
    Calculated Crit chance: 29.57%
    Total Hits: 25793
    Huh. Neat.

    That seems pretty accurate. Since 99/100 is around ~48-49% or so without pendant.

    @Cynlael each of those is 3-4% higher than what it should be. I'd chalk it up to luck, but over such a large range of hits and with the (relatively) consistent increase, I'm thinking it's something else. Not sure if it's a bug, or an issue with my math. Waiting on a response, at current, but that could take foevah.

    Unless it's an issue with your script calculating the crit chance, I don't see any problems in your math. I'm not sure why some people seem to consistently get much higher crit rates than expected.

    Land mount vs flying mount?

    And it seems that if i cast aerial when im mounting on a land mount will leave it behind. If i cast aerial while mounting a flying mount will I also leave it behind?

    Cyrene > Eleusis > Hashan > Ashtan > Targossas > Mhaldor

    IMO anyways. Maybe swap Ashtan with Targ. Ashtan going through a tough time with the recent Chaos Court thing, they lost a good few people. Hashan has seriously been booming lately, it's pretty epic.

    I think you'd almost certainly swap Ashtan with Targ there. But @Atalkez is also right, we do need people. I'm sure once the love-in with Eleusis and Hashan grows stale we'll see more people trickle into Targossas and Mhaldor. And hopefully Ashtan too.
         He is a coward who has to bring two friends as backup to jump people hunting.

    Has anyone else acquired a auspicious icosagon paragon (20% chance to increase your critical hits (lower than World Shattering) by one level.) and noticed a significant increase in World-Shattering crits? I managed to get something like 30 in an hour or so of bashing. I haven't gotten 30 total in the past 2 weeks, I'm pretty sure. Only level 86.

    Calling @Antonius since he should have gotten a free one for coming up with it.

    @Taarkos Mine disappeared after I placed it in my armour (which isn't supposed to happen), so I actually have no idea. Hopefully my issue/bug report will get fixed soon and I can test it out.

    Lol. Sounds like they're currently super-auspicious, and have a 20% chance of converting any non-WSC into a WSC.

    Not quite. Something seems off though. I don't remember my WSC rate before I had it, since I don't keep logs or otherwise track these things, but I'm somewhat confident it was 2-2.5%. I'm sitting somewhere around 5% right now, though I haven't killed many mobs yet.

    Of course, shortly after my post my crits become more reasonable  :p

    Getting more Crushing criticals now and way less WS than I was getting for the past hour and a half or so. A really lucky streak? Or fixed that fast? Wish I knew. Also noteworthy, I was hunting with @Shayde who should have a similar crit rate, and is 1 level higher. She had I think 3 or 4 WS to the 29 I had.

    Yeah, you were doing an insane amount of world shatterings criticals with that paragon when I was hunting with you. Even with lucky vial and a crit pendant at level 87, I got three WS compared to your thirty! That means you're like doing 10x my amount. -.- So jealous right now.

    11.8% dps increase at level 99 crit with a level 3 pendant. 12.1% at 99 without pendant.

    11% dps increase at 90 with level 3 pendant. 10% increase at 90 without pendant.

    8.7% dps increase at 80 with level 3 pendant. 6.5% increase at 80 without pendant.
    Huh. Neat.
