There's a difference between making excuses and recognizing what went wrong for us.
Also, your description of your group is hilarious. Please provide information about who in your group doesn't have arties vs those in our group that do. I'm not saying you guys had more or that's a relevant point, but I think you'll find the gripe you've been using for RL years is irrelevant in this specific instance at least.
I'm honestly baffled how hostile you are to winning, when I never said we didn't lose?

It's the passive-aggressive shit you posted that irritated me. It's like you wanted to talk shit but didn't have the gonads to do so.
Case and point, earrings are not OP. I have 7 of them and I couldn't get any fucking where tonight. Was getting butt-raped by 14 Targs on clouds because I forgot to wall down =/.
Another funny thing - Hirst empresses Caladbolg into our City Gates. Guards rush Hirst first, Caladbolg pro softfocuses through totem and earrings out. Hirst dies twice
I guess he hasn't triggered boomerang to unenemy himself, like he has with empress.
Who's denying we lost here? Numbers is a valid tactic, albeit one I dislike. You really need some form of stress relief if you get this bent out of shape when you're winning.

He empressed him, not boomeranged. Boomerang enemies for us too. Regardless, he couldn't unenemy himself for some reason, and got killed.
What and Targs never get teamed by you guys? You never bring numbers? lol, don't kid yourself.
Nobody brought up teaming anyone buddy, you don't need to be so hostile and jump on your rage wagon, things will be ok.
Never said we don't bring numbers either, I said it's a valid tactic I dislike.
Your rage at winning is honestly depressing, because if it's probably more toxic to the people playing with you since they're forced to interact with your attitude via shared orgs.

Incredible numbers plus some ridiculously bad moves on our parts makes it happen.
Sad that even this will never have Targ raid a relevant room in Ashtan.
This is what Mithridates is bothered about, @Jarrod, not at winning. It's being in a game and saying "you only won because you had more people, we messed up, and you still won't even try to fight where we have the advantage. LOL!" rather than saying nothing at all or just even "yeah, you guys did pretty great, well played".
It's like you see anything pro-Targ and anti-Ashtan and you immediately have to explain why you lost and why Targossas still sucks. Then you spin it around on him like he's just yelling at you for no reason.
He's not. You were acting like a child. That's all.
Sorry you dislike the facts, if you'd like them to change, feel free to raid somewhere relevant.
I did not make the situation, I'm merely stating it.
As far as: "We messed up" as opposed to "You did well", your strategy is the same boring strategy of prop/beckon as its always been. We mishandled responding to it and let ourselves get split up and didn't properly group to deal with it. If your tactics were new and beat us, that would be a "You did well." As you used the same tactics, and we messed up where we normally go even or win, it was our mistake. If only one side of the fight changes their pattern, then that's the side that either did well or did poorly.

Whereas I think this can be (mis)construed this way, I think it goes a bit deeper than that. Targ always complains that you have no top tier fighters, only midbies or "non-coms". I don't know how many times it has to be said that all that is required is for people to mash bashing macros over and over and they're combatants in group combat.
Let's not pretend that every blademaster doesn't have impale triggered (any city or Org, not just Targ).
Let's not pretend that every monk doesn't have a prone tracker to Axe kick.
Let's not pretend that every "Non-com" doesn't have a way to get away, mostly because they're never targeted first unless they're of a class in which they can change the flow of group combat considerably.
I think Jarrod was just stating that you complain about all these things, saying you never have good combatants, which is just utter ridiculousness.

I never triggered impale >_> Think I was the only one.
Unenemying yourself is both the most clever and dumbest tactic I've heard employed in a good while.
And I love too Be still, my indelible friend That love soon might end You are unbreaking And be known in its aching Though quaking Shown in this shaking Though crazy Lately of my wasteland, baby That's just wasteland, baby
I don't know if it was him doing it or if someone else has it triggered, all you see is the "You hear a whoever cry out that Hirst shall no longer be an enemy blah blah blah." within a quarter of a second after the empress.
If it is enemying, then it's not functioning properly. Line of sight yanks aren't supposed to trigger the auto-enemy, so you should bug that. Bthrow in woodlore doesn't trigger auto-enemy. Neither does yank/beckon/etc.
It's an issue with defendables. It doesn't auto-enemy for anything if you move someone from defendable into the city proper, so generally the boomerang, which only works in LoS, can't do anything else.
However for Ashtan, since there's a room outside defendable that's still in LoS, if you boomerang someone from 2 south of gates into the city you still get enemied.
Cascades of quicksilver light streak across the firmament as the celestial voice of Ourania intones, "Oh Jarrod..."
Ah, well that'd make more sense. It's not possible to use the boomerang to get auto-enemied for any city except Ashtan in that case, then. They should probably just add 2 south of Ashtan to that exception, OR change the map to not make the approach in LoS.
Cyla appears from out of nowhere. Cyla leaps from the shadows and plunges a dagger into your unsuspecting back! Grasping in vain for the dagger that's been plunged into your back, you collapse to the floor as your life blood bleeds away. You have been slain by Cyla. You writhe in pain as you fall to level 93. You sigh in frustration as you fall to the level of 3rd Order of the Hyperphysical. A milky crystal pentagon falls out of your inventory. A cylindrical crystal falls out of your inventory. A pinch of ground malachite falls out of your inventory.

Saying what went wrong is not the same as making excuses, just saying.
