Achilles is like the Occupy Wall Street protesters: Yeah, we heard you the first time, and you raise some valid points that many of us agree with, but shut the - up already.
(Party): Sothantos says, "Mindnet: Dunn left Skies."
Short story, Sothantos and I walk around pit for a minute, everyone else on our side who wasn't pitted pretty much dies in the meantime. And you want us to rush?
Oh and look at Dunn trying to run (and not even on the right clouds to want to go NW) when he wasn't even being attacked. See guys its easy to poke fun in group battles.
You brought 8+ (was 9 + 2-3 Magi on a Cata prior, confirmed 8 people on clouds) to fight 5 of us. After sitting adjacent for a minute trying to throw someone down before throwing Dunn off clouds (to get rid of prop) and rushing.
Even with pit, the numbers were even in who went to clouds, not anyone's fault you left Garis on Above the clouds but your own.
Edit: Assuming only you and Sothantos got pit, that left 5v5 at High clouds with Garis trapped at Above (since he didn't prism back up).

He was just fleeing, we did not outnumber you as pointed out. You pitted 2 dragons, leaving maybe 1-2 dragons (1 who was immediately truenamed and set to die soon) a unartied magi, 2 unartied Paladins. Anyways this a prime example of having to account for the possibility of pit, this is the kind I do not like (I meant more like the 12v4 variety), 2 Occultists essentially knocked out 3 people within 2 seconds.
man Achilles, I really have nothing against you, but I'm gonna have to agree with Sabiru and co on this one. Enough is enough already, we are all sick of hearing about how OP Ashtan/occultists are.

1 pit that made the numbers even. "We did not outnumber you" then list 7 people you started with when attacking 5 of us (ignoring Garis since you left him after he mind threw). Attacking (using your terrible system of listing people here, see how it feels) 2 occultists, a serpent, an unartied runewarden, and an unartied occultist.
You also left your entire Cata of Magi at Shallam.
You don't account for the possibility of pit, you force it. We try to come up with strategies to overcome the numbers you refuse to rush without, generally 3-4 small engagements seeing how they work until we decide if we want 1 person to pit to change the numbers. Don't pretend for a second you didn't have 11+ people trying to kill us in Pash, it's not cute anymore.

Achilles, when you've gone fishing come play graphical games with me. They're 100% less stressful because the bullet distribution is much closer to being balanced.
Without wanting to propagate the bitching, saying the numbers were even is a little redundant, if not outright disingenuous. The numbers mean very little when you look at the people who make them up. The people that remained on high clouds were, I think, Zenui, Kendrick, Vothaec (had to honours him to make sure he was Shallamese), Cooper (who got tri-trunamed iirc), and myself. I'd be 100% confident of winning that 5v5 skirmish if I was on the other side.
Not sure why, but it's probably also worth mentioning that this was, I'm pretty sure, a
defence party, since when I got in we were repelling "raiders" from the
Pachacacha (lol). Disregarding the silliness of defending an unaligned
river, expecting numbers to be even in defence is crazy, since that's
not what defending is about. If you want a fight with even numbers,
there are better ways of arranging that. However, if Shallam came to raid Petra,
we wouldn't have the luxury of dismissing 3 of the defenders if you
rushed us with uneven numbers, so it's understandable that pit is a sore
subject for the ones who have to deal with it, just like piety is for Ashtan.
Just adding we had to leave Garis, if we waited for him to recover EQ from throw Dunn could be back in clouds propping thus defeating the purpose of throwing.
@Silas - I was going to point out the flaw in saying it was "5v5" but didn't want to put anyone down. Jerk. Vothaec is really good actually, but sadly not around much to my knowledge.
@Tvistor - which game, I have both PS3 and Xbox but I used them for bluray and netflix :P
I was following Tanris while bashing, I didn't even know what he was travelling to
Don't think Tanris intended to get involved anyways. What I mean to say is, I think he intended to get involved, but looked at what it was before attacking and later gave Militis shit for asking for help in a 2v2 on party.

Dunn was being thrown, champ.
I'd quote you saying earlier that you'd pit if outnumbered, but I can't remember which thread it was in now. Probably this one though.

My post also initially read 'i loveu' because of nine year old twin cousins.
Come in close. Hug tight. It's not wrong.
Will phase into Eleusis, brb.
Just actually read the log. Damn Sohl, sort that out. Those truenames were absolutely pitiful.

Calm down, sir. Jarrod and I were just strolling through.
