We came inside last night, and sniped people really successfully, then guards came and tentacles blocked pilg exit and then I ran out of devotion to keep on trying. And then everyone died and scolded me. It might have been because it was like 5am, but I thought it was really funny.

Worth it (and I didn't die)
I don't really keep tabs on how much xp I'm up or down unless its substantial (like -10% on the day Shallam sunk) but I'm 42-3 versus Hashan since the last time I reset the counter.
I liked that whole 'stand next to guards' thing, it was a fun end to the evening. And I finally got the chance to accomplish my deep-seated dream of being a strobing discoball.
Hashan is
building up, the improvements I have seen internally in just the last
week or so are promising. We are learning and starting to see the fruits
of our labor bit by bit.
I am not sure why we would concede defeat to a group that sits on our borders and smudges totems though. That seems silly.
Yeah, why don't we use our tanks to raid using the war system?
Oh wait.
That would be additional reason why we would not surrender to you. You have no siege capabilities. That's not just a handicap, it's a detriment.
I think the best reason for not surrendering is because it is a tiny minority that complains. Most are enjoying the conflict, or simply avoiding it to no personal trouble.
Considering I've netted -40% in this conflict and I'm still gung ho about raiding, even when I'm on cripple duty, I dont see the problem, no.
I'd like to see net xp comparison's from both sides, really.
I am definitely not doing this conflict for 'xp' or to 'grief' anyone. I am not sure how you guys perceive it, but it is primarily roleplay for me, and I am staying true to my character. Sorry if you consider this a game you have to "win", but I think I would be enjoying it just as much if our raids were not going well and if you guys were more successful in your raids. Experience has nothing to do with this.
Well, experience and deaths are tangible way to try to gauge who is "winning" and who is "losing." Ultimately though, that is a rather unsuitable measure in a world where you are brought back to life, you can rebuild your destroyed city streets(sans Bal'met), and hunt back the XP you lost in an hour. Hashan's RP has been driven by the conflict is a very good direction(SEE: HELP HASHAN), and it has helped galvanize the cultural shift that has been going on for quite some time now.
I agree with @Verily that a few people complaining on the forums(what else do people do on the forums anyway?) is not reason for Hashan to surrender IG. We are not getting beat down as badly as some are portraying, whether there has been restraint or not. Hashan's morale is probably higher than it has been since I can remember and it has always had a knack for surviving(SEE: Vayne's motto). We have weathered much worse(SEE: Qashar) in the past and I believe we are in a much better position than we were back then.
... Next time I need someone for Jinso to assassinate...
Erm what? That statement was a facetious observation of the general forum culture, not a defense for people complaining. I might be missing your double facetiousness here though...
I was referring to last night's raid where it had to be 16 v 5 and we just sat in piety/prop and waited for rushes that never happened. You can't surrender to what you don't engage. Jk there was good fun all around. All around our campfire as we sang songs and waited for rushes.

Why are we going to rush into piety/prop when you are in Forestwatch, 2 areas away? You can chill with the Buckawns all you want...
@Caladbolg - That's the only way I can kill you You tanked 3 bites + storm, then a DSB which, admittedly, appears to have been without torso damage. Either way, if you tanked those 3 bites, you're tanking a lvl 1 DSB, too.
Dannyl fixes his gaze upon Manifest, swaying slowly as he begins a low keen
...
(Party): Dannyl says, "Iw s." *~* agreed *~*
*~* Manifest runs around, we target Dunn instead (he is manlier) *~*
You reel as your mind is viciously battered by a mental assault from Nemutaur. *~* WTH when did you get here *~*
*~* we run to root exit, dannyl blocks south (he is much more confident than I am), they come back and start killing me, that's fine I can just run away *~*
You cannot declare a pilgrimage; Silas does not stand with a Rite of Pilgrimage. *~* ihy *~*
You have been slain by Manifest.
Manifest tells you, "Something tells me that is not how you envisioned your attacking me in the
Underworld ending." *~* Okay, I yelled at him. Poor Manifest. I am sorry. But it was pretty funny, so *~*
I am sorry!!! It was totally not how I envisioned that going, I thought we would be super effective and awesome and win easily and then you just destroyed me. @Manifest

Tl;dr Screw Blademasters, gon' get gank'd
To be fair if I hadn't ran into the totem and had taken damage before you broke torso then broke legs impaled disemboweled I'd died to a lv1 torso break disembowel. But at that point I thought I was tanking a level 1 torso break disembowel and shin healed to 100% before it went off.
When in actually I healed it slightly before that. And really Algiz is 10% damage reduction I think myr is 15%ish and im pretty sure alchemist get some kind of damage reduction thing as well. Mir stance isn't -that- op it's just the only way I can live through 2 hits and continue fighting.
And on that note I also transmuted health between the 3 bites. It's not that blademasters op per say it's the fact that 100 shin heals for 1500 and I have a lower health pool than what it was balanced on. or so im assuming.
Also when I say blademaster isn't that op I mean the defensive aspect about it. Voidfist is a little op and on the other hand the way im killing most of you lately is so stupidly easy to avoid it blows my mind that you're dying to it. And I refuse to explain to you how I am killing you because then I can't abuse it

NEVER GIVE UP. NEVER SURRENDER. NEVER RUSH.
I only died once when I wasn't paying attention that I was the only Hashani left in Forestwatch and Kard fulfilled his contract on me.
