Lemonade is not 'innately fizzy'. Lemonade is literally water, lemon juice and some form of sweetener.

You need to research better if you think it is innately fizzy. Also non-carbonated versions aren't even 'American' origin.

So we're pretending carbonated lemon juice came before non-carbonated lemon juice? And that the latter is "American" style? I don't get it. Lemonade is lemon juice in water with sugar. If you add carbonation it becomes lemon soda. Plus, guys I did some research.
