    Has been a very long time since I've had a fight where I honestly wasn't sure who would win going in and had to concentrate for the entire thing. Thanks, @Tirac. Definitely could've gone either way.

    Somehow managed to drunk my way through a bunch of Hashani skirmishes and walk away with -20%, but I killed the Shaman that had a doll of me, so I'm clear when I log in again. Sort of.

    Tanris pulled a nice save move when he was setup for a kill, won't reveal it though.

    Ant was also there if he logs.

    my guesses are:

    some sort of nice soulmaster force while prone

    moved his orb to some obscure location so that it couldn't be killed prior to setup and he could whistle it in to orb a crucial limb while prone

    I am probably wrong

    soulmaster prone probably, i always waited for tanris to warp before vivisecting him, or using dsl/disfigure so i couldn't be forced off bal because i was already off bal/off eq and raedy to vivi asap

    It wasn't soulmaster. Its something I've not done before and was so surprised it worked that I kind of sat there confused that I wasn't dead for a second before doing a little victory dance. The fight itself was mostly neither of us wanting to fight without orb/in blackout respectively, I lucked out on one of the vivisects. It was probably horrifically boring to watch and I didn't log it. (I also failed spectacularly x2 like a noob because I didn't have pass out echoes so completely missed it happening, and won't post to preserve my self esteem.)
