Found two new patrol leaders within a year. Thank you @Gilthoniel and @Nageek for stepping up! Nageek's first report made me smile. Is that possible with a patrol report? Yes!
  • OceanaOceana North Sea
Oh, and a belated thank you to @Naoma for stepping up a year ago!
  • Cannot say enough good things about the current Luminai population. You guys are making every day logged in a good one. <3
  • Bonus rave for @Deucalion for listening and responding. Really listening. And really responding.
  • Your fellow citizen, Aegot, has just escaped imprisonment in the foul pygmy dungeon. Welcome him to
    Mhaldor!

    Aegot (male Tsol'aa).
He is 18 years old, having been born on the 6th of Aeguary, 693 years after the fall of the
    Seleucarian Empire.

Magi Aegot has arrived. Minion Saea is trained.

The harvest is nearly here, my friends.
  • oh my god yes
  • I sailed for the first time, and I only bumped the ship into something once! I'm not a failure!

    Melonie (female Human).
She is 18 years old, having been born on the 11th of Aeguary, 693 years after the fall of the
    Seleucarian Empire.
    She is unranked in Achaea.
She is an extremely credible character.
She is not known for acts of infamy.
She is a Slave in Mhaldor.
She is considered to be approximately 0% of your might.

This is so unfair. Why does my minion have to be a dormant Ashtani noob?

@Cooper spent two hours helping me with my juggling, letting me fail to lock him over and over and suggesting tweaks until things until it actually started working.
  • @aegoth gave me all of his artefacts, things died. It was glorious

  • Everyone's chipping in to help with Mhaldor's re-population by creating fodder name raid targets

We six manned Targossas and held off a last ditch rush. It was a learning experience.

  • Rave to whoever is handling the bugs lately.

Every bug I've submitted over the last week or so has been assigned within about 5-7 minutes from when I submit. Great service.

Also: Sent By: Achaea On 4/28/8:26
Your bug report #632 (detail: I'm unsure if this has been bugged before, but currently skull/tendon/wrist/torso fractures are reported to gmcp as a (1). GMCP is not actually incrementing them properly until diagnose. Instead of going from (1) to (2) automatically, you have to diagnose for gmcp to catch that it's at (2) or (5) or whatever. This is troublesome for tracking how many fractures you have, because there are no different messages for speed/precision for 2h - which means I can't tell if I just got 2 fractures or 1 from their attack, without diagnosing. This seems to be making the burden of curing two-hander much more than it was originally designed to be. Serverside will cure them, but you have no means of pre-emptive defense without constant diagnosing, which is counter-intuitive to actually fighting the class) - has been assigned to protocol category.

Can't wait for that to get fixed.

Penwize has cowardly forfeited the challenge to mortal combat issued by Atalkez.

I read that as he returned a 500k earring. Was halfway done typing out something along the lines of "where the fuck did you find a 500k earring and why teh fk would you buy one?".
    Huh. Neat.

    Bazaar!!

I have never been too much of a Bazaar fanatic, but since I happened to be logged in when this one happened, I rush to make a visit. Had already seen the wares after @Kayeil shared on the forums, and nothing had really stuck out to me as something I really needed for Utianima. But it turned out to be a great experience.

Too much money spent, great toys and pets that I just had to buy, exciting mount raffle, and some casual social interaction with other players and Bazaar denizens.

Aaaaand, I made a new (old)lady friend. Thanks to whomever of the Achaea volunteers or staff who interacted with me. This definitely made my day week month in Achaea. So much fun! :D Love this game, players, and volunteers/staff so so much. You guys are true heroes, and deserve all the praise you get. Truly! @Tecton @Sarapis @Lorielan @Makarios (tagging to make sure you all see this and/or can share with whomever interacted with me).

Therine yells, "Games! Flea circuses! Racing snails! Come visit old Therine!"

The air thrums around you as you yell, "Therine, old Therine. Love your wares! Do come back soon."

Therine yells, "For a young, strapping lad like yourself, any time."

    Hansupus chuckles long and heartily.

    "Heh heh heh," you chuckle.

Hansupus says to you with a soft, smooth accent, "Flirting with therine are ye?"

Hansupus subjects you to a merciless teasing.

The air thrums around you as you yell, "Awwwh, you flatter me. Please continue."
Your words thrum through the air as you say to Hansupus, "I am!"

Grassy path between the tents (road).
The surroundings are dry and without moisture, a fact evident even in the dim morning light.
You see exits leading northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest.

    Within a tented bazaar (road).
The surroundings are dry and without moisture, a fact evident even in the dim morning light. Kazuya
Solhar is here. He wields a Shield of Absorption in his left hand.
You see exits leading east, south, southwest, and northwest.
Inside a brightly coloured tent (indoors).
Quaen'a stands here, her feathers spread out regally behind her. An elderly woman sits on a stool,
dressing a small doll. A crystalline golem stands here. Naoma Crescent, the Little Butterfly is here.
Her features are obscured by a silver filigree butterfly mask. She wields a wyvern-etched druidic
quarterstaff in both hands. Phaestean Druidess, Naomh Vorondil is here. Her features are obscured by
a silver filigree butterfly mask. She wields a wyvern-etched druidic quarterstaff in both hands.
Halfsighted Kunama Lucoster is here. She wields a Shield of Absorption in her left hand.
You see a single exit leading west.

Wrinkled and nearly toothless, Therine has a robust figure and appears very spry despite her
advanced years. Her full-skirted dress, made of simple brown wool, is gathered up under her where
she sits upon her short stool, and a floral scarf is tied around her snowy white hair. Her attention
is focused primarily on a small doll in her hands, though she looks up from time to time with a
    broad smile and lively eyes.
    Therine seems strong and confident.
    She has 100% health remaining.
    She weighs about 159 pounds.
    You see nothing in it.

    You wink conspiratorially at Therine.

Raising your hand in greeting, you say "Hi!"

Therine pinches you on your behind, obviously testing for firmness.

    "Heh heh heh," you chuckle.

    You beam broadly at Therine.

You romp playfully in circles around Therine.

Your words thrum through the air as you say to Therine, "Love your scarf."

    You flutter your eyelashes charmingly.

    Therine hums innocently to herself.

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "That doll. It's lovely."

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "Does it have a special significance?"

Therine says, "Oh thank you dearie. It's always a mad rush to buy, no one even pays attention to little old me."

Therine says, "Well, it's a funny thing. The head popped off my last one at the first bazaar this season."

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "I bet it is. But soon over, and then you can relax, eh?"

Therine says, "I was lucky it wasn't one of my vodun ones."

Therine says, "Or someone would have had a splitting headache."

    "Heh heh heh," you chuckle.

    "Ouch!" you shriek in pain.

Therine says, "Not much sentimental value, just always working on potential future items."

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "Ah, yes. Need to earn a living."

Therine says, "Tis far easier to just stea...... acquire them from others. But we make do."

    Quaen'a glares angrily at Therine.

Quaen'a places a finger on her lips and hisses, "Shhh!"

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "I have been considering arts and crafts myself. Killing undead is not as fulfilling as it once was."

Black scales shimmer around Deladan as he enters from the west.

You raise your hand in greeting to Deladan and say "Hi!"

Your words thrum through the air as you say to Deladan, "Just flirting with Therine."

    Deladan snickers softly to himself.

Quaen'a says, "Still, the impetus for a particular work may come from anywhere. Look upon these shovels I'm selling, as a direct point of fact."

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "She is so lovely."

Therine says, "Oh now. Only if you like prunes, dearie."

"Heh heh heh," you chuckle at Quaen'a.

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "So true."

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "Perhaps I do."

    Utianima winks.

Therine says, "Well, the prices aren't going down, lad."

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "Be well. Need to dash to the perfume seller if I can still make it."

You utter a deep, rumbling laugh at Therine.

Quaen'a says, "Oh now, perhaps he really means it. He'd be the first, but still."

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "Was a pleasure."

    <<I leave to buy perfume>>

Inside a brightly coloured tent (indoors).
Quaen'a stands here, her feathers spread out regally behind her. An elderly woman sits on a stool,
dressing a small doll. A crystalline golem stands here. The Black Dragon Deladan's imposing form
looms. Halfsighted Kunama Lucoster is here. She wields a Shield of Absorption in her left hand.
You see a single exit leading west.

Your words thrum through the air as you say to Therine, "Hi! Got my perfumes."

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "If only I could figure out how to splash some of this perfume on me."

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "..I am not always the most clever."

"Heh heh heh," you chuckle at Therine.

Quaen'a says, "I've never been one much for perfume myself. Cloying."

    Deladan snickers softly to himself.

Your words quietly thrum through the air as you say, "This hunt one reminds me of nature. So I'll give it a try."

You squeeze a wooden bead of the cologne of the hunt, dabbing the rich fragrance behind each ear and at the hollow of your throat.

Therine wrinkles her nose and sniffs.

Utianima looks at Therine in nervous anticipation.

Therine gives you a peck on the cheek.

    You blush at Therine furiously.

Therine says, "Until next month, dearie."

You give Therine a peck on the cheek.

Your words thrum through the air as you say to Therine, "Until next month, cutipie."

You pinch Therine on the behind, testing for firmness.

Your great form grows still as you begin to pierce the Veil Extant.
