Had nothing to do with the admin, I just destroyed the rooms. I have no desire to interact with ashtani IC. I don't find it enjoyable, I don't like your characters, and I don't like you. When it comes down to it, I just don't want anything to do with you and it doesn't really bother me, because that's just all you are an inconvenience I have to deal with.

So you're saying you're going to get a refund of your HCR later after using HOUSING DESTROY ROOM as a tactic to get rid of an "inconvenience" ?

Wasting credits to avoid RPing with somebody in an RPG and abusing systemic mechanics to do it. No.
Everyone appreciates a clever, well-articulated insult.

That was not one.
Allow me to fix it. Dear good sir, your tactics, while clever, were quite contrary to the aforementioned intended purpose for the Housing System. See HELP 20 for commands regarding this system. Forgive us plebeians for our lack of understanding. However, it is quite axiomatic (in our oh so humble eyes) that a gentleman and a scholar such as yourself, when undertaking to participate in the respectable and fine art of playing a character role would actually fulfill his or her role as a character and dispense of the underlying wishes of the player (i.e. yourself) and live out the role of the character in the world created for it. Your willingness to abuse a gift from the divine quite willy-nilly seems to be an attempt to avoid the obligation that you undertook in playing that character, and in some ways, has dispensed with the desired interactions by other characters....
ahhh bollocks, it's much more fun to say the F-bomb than to pretend that I care what @Micositu or anyone cares about my articulation. Don't see why this doesn't count as abuse. I'm just gonna start farming death that way. Make a huge, empty house and not put any security measures up and make a room delete alias. Should be fun, who wants to come?
Jinsun you act like you're the pinnacle of conflict RP or whatever, yet all you do is borderline ooc trash talk and are probably ooc on all your parties, like the one in the quisalis event.
Personally, I think HOUSE DELETE ROOM is a ballsy way to get rid of people. Ate the cost of room credits. Let's not start this "IRPBETTER HURR DURR" shit again. No one fucking cares. People have their niche and exist in it fine.
Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one and they stink.

I may not explicitly go up to someone and start a conversation with the intention of a fight, but I'm certainly not going to delete a room in the game, don't care how "ballsy" it is (25 credits is not really a huge cost to insta-kill someone especially someone who can afford an auction plot) all with the rather weak excuse of, "I don't like RP." It's not like they invited you to a ritual or made you take a test. They came to kill you. Play the game the way it's meant to be played or get sacked for abuse. Abuse happens when you use something for an unintended (by the creators) to do something that sounds too good to be true. This sounds exactly like that. It was a punk move for a whiny person. If you really wanted to be left alone so bad, you shouldn't have bought a plot at a public auction. You want privacy? Get a ship, you can customize your room and put it anywhere.
I can't fathom why anyone would get legit mad at that. Sounds hilarious. Not to mention you've achieved a concrete victory in 'raiding' if you're destroying a room of someone's house. What's stopping you from just walking back and continuing to raid? Can imagine the reaction when nobody knew wtf was going on though.
Anyways, I don't see a point to raiding a house anyways, or why anyone would care. Not like raiding it does anything, or accomplishes any purpose. You can't attack anybody from in there unless you want to telepathy spam.
I dont know about this one. I've been in situations where people from Ashtan and Mhaldor and Shallam(when I was Mhaldorian) try to force me to interact with them by fighting, or should I say, putting me in situations where I'm trapped and cannot win. There was never any interaction previously, to the point of even standing in the same room as them. Literally, my character had never even seen their characters in the game before. Technically they weren't in the wrong because I was mark or something at the time, but its still a load of shit, and I would probably go as far as to delete a room to get rid of them. Its a role playing game, and yall are trying to make it into a grief game disguised as role play. He says he wants nothing to do with you, so if he doesn't attack you or initiate confrontation, just leave him the fuck alone.

Anyone who is a mark knows that you're going to get jumped 24/7 because people are allowed to. If he doesn't want that interaction, he should not choose a character choice that makes him open to attack all of the time.
Since the house was obtained recently I doubt there would have been any defenses or anything of value in there in the first place. Why break into it with a group or prolong the conflict, especially if it seemed he didn't want to fight? I could (slightly) understand if there was something of worth but it doesn't seem like that was the case.
I think everyone kind of misses the point of the Assassin/Champion RP subtext. You've a standing bounty on your head. Nobody really ever thinks about why? A similar thing occurs with infamy or open pk areas. Look for the reason, though. It's there, for a Mark? There is an open bounty on your head BECAUSE YOU GET PAID TO KILL PEOPLE. You are literally supposed to be one of the hardest, most compassion-less dudes or dudettes in the game. Given that RP, would a mob break into your new house bought with blood money just to kill you? Yep. Are they going to care that you aren't feeling up to it? Nope.

That's exactly my point. You're using "he is mark" to justify acting like a dickhead. You're both Quisalis mark. Isn't the RP of the mark organizations supposed to be like a brotherhood? I mean wasn't that sort of the purpose of giving the two organizations their own areas for RP purposes? But no, you don't look at it like a reasonable ROLEPLAYING person, you look at it as a reason to use killrooms, retard traps and so on and so on. Your character reasoning is extremely thin if "he is mark" is your only reason to mess with him and you're really no better than anyone else that griefs marks, so stop pretending like you are. Own up to just wanting to grief him or just stfu.
Edit: This is all I hear: "Oh no, you're doing something borderline OOC to defend against my borderline OOCness!"

He's a mark, and I'm a mark. When the Quisalis Den is under a major assault, will I band with him? Certainly. I actually had a hard time getting others to do the same. However, we're still from enemy cities and enemy organizations. The mark is a job, and it's sort of understood by most of us that we're going to support each other when we have to and kill each other when we don't. I'm not sure why that's a hard thing to understand especially in a group of assassins who have to compete against each other for ranks. Why the hell would we have an off-duty companionship? Nah. I'll kill them. I personally don't like to jump people with unfair numbers, but it happens to me on a daily basis. Sure I get annoyed. No, I don't always want to do it, but I don't abuse game mechanics to avoid it.
