A day in the life of Melodie Le'Murzen:

You begin your day off by going to off to Targossas to show an old Cyrenian around the city. During the course of your tour, you run into @Anedhel and @Daeir, eventually engaging into discussion. In time @Silas shows up and questions you about recent devolopments on the Diaspora, going as far to question your thought that you feel you serve a purpose outside of Targossas. Opinions are traded back and forth, with no real headway other than sharpening your wits and engaging in intelligent, if somewhat frustrating, conversation.

With such a discussion ending in a stalemate, you head home to Cyrene to sit at your favourite location, the ornate shrine. In conversation with a few of your Ordermates (whom shall remain unnamed), you're told one day you will likely have to choose between the Order and Devotion, and it is merely a matter of time, due to the nature of what you serve. After a polite offering of disagreement, the subject is dropped, and only one thing is really agreed upon: That you are indeed walking a very wobbly tightrope, and the need to watch one's step.

You go along your merry way, despite somehow getting both of these opposing views coincidentally managing to make an appearance not too far from each other. Very curious, you think.

Towards the end of your day, suddenly...

(Cyrene City Guard): Cyrenian1 says, "Hirst has entered the area."

Throwing your arms wide, you summon forth your devotional energy and cast it in a brilliant flash toward the east. <--- Did not think this would actually work.

You sense that your luminous orb has arrived at Corner of Cliffside Road and Centre Street.

You sense that your luminous orb has arrived at A quiet grotto behind massive boulders.

His countenance serene, a venerable Mojushai monk steps lightly over the remains of Hirst and silently returns to his post.

(Two or so minutes later)

(Cyrene City Guard): Cyrenian2 says, "Hirst in."

Eldritch Warrior Hirst da'Miras yells, "Clever Melodie. Every time you step out of this cesspool, you will be hunted. That is a promise."

Why is all of this a rave?

No more will you remove your defences when attempting to enable them if they are already enabled! Now you may use either <ability> OFF or RELAX <ability> if you wish to remove such defences. This change includes general skills as well as skills across all classes. AB files were updated to reflect this change, where applicable.

If you come across any bugs or oddities, please file a BUG with as much information as possible.

Appropriate response.  I must be an idiot. "Just wish they would do some other interaction ICly so it would make sense!" doesn't make your statement passive aggressive at all.  You missed the part in your rave where you journal'd or qq'd as soon as you saw them hit Meropis and that they were still waiting for you when you came back an hour later.  I guess that is probably better omitted, though, because it could paint you in a bad light.
