@Kresslack doesn't have snakes and crocs, he just has a shark in the middle of the city he lives in. Seems perfectly safe.

Let me start off by introducing these little ones that I ran into this week.

I took that picture and thought man, those guys are SO cute... then... THEN!! I noticed the little hot shot cricket photo bomb and almost died. @Peak it's your little gentleman cricket, flirting with the camera!

And two days ago we went driving through Carmel Valley and it was like going through a fairy neverland. It was gorgeous!

And then today, the beach was -really- warm for the first time since I lived in this area. And the breeze was even warm. That's the part that -never- happens! So I was actually playing in the water instead of bundled up on the beach.
Couldn't get any pics, but there were tons of sealions swimming in the waves and otters playing around. I wish I could keep an ocean in my pocket!
