    They had a massive 'DoS attack' on the night of August 9th.
    The funniest part was that someone showed them the live tracking map that google produces that shows absolutely no DDoS attack activity that night.  We basically DDoS'ed ourselves.  

    The ABS, for those non Australians, that's the government agency that collects this information, had partnered with IBM in order to do this census.  Apparently, an employee from the ABS called one of the talk-back radio stations last week saying that he had overheard the IT team load testing the servers a couple of days before August 9th and they were saying that they weren't coping but still went ahead and now they're terrified about the fallout.

    Krenim: ...We'll show ourselves out.
