    You make the mochi and wrap it around a ball of ice cream. You don't boil the kind of mochi with red bean / sesame paste / ice cream fillings.

    Pretty damned sure I passed my exam today, probably not with a great mark, but enough to give me at least a b+ average for the semester, after not sleeping, eating right, or studying all weekend and being depressed and unmotivated. It was easier than I thought, I thought I was going to fail so badly.

    And, no more class for a month, so I can hibernate from the cold and focus on achaea. :)

    That's okay. If anything else, I can experience this horror while getting my course credits in one go. Two pterodactyls with one meteor, I believe this is the metaphor you humans use for this kind of scenario.

    That is a Charleston Gray watermelon. They average 25 pounds and get get very large. I start them growing inside during February and usually can put them out in the ground by the middle or end of March and we start getting melons near the end of June.
    Arguing with a zealot is only slightly easier than tunneling through a mountain with your forehead.

    Holy crap, Iaido  TwoArts is hard. We spent two hours learning how to do a simple four-move kata. My knees and shoulders hurt a lot, but it was so worth it.

    I would actually trade the entire year I did of fencing for a month of Iaido. I might actually get that kata right, then, but probably not. Paddling is joy, right?

    Iaido is very hard indeed and I am not good at it.

    BTW, my OOC Rave is this. The court of first degree found the former Prime Minister of my country guilty of inducement in prostitution, sentencing him 7 years and the perpetual disqualification from public offices, which I find hilarious.
