    Subbed for my first home ec class today. Went very well, enjoyed the kids, and even the "worst" class was more than tolerable. Not only that, but the teacher and I hit it off well, so very possibly going to be her regular sub

    Before I went to sleep, I had chopped up a few onions, potatoes, carots, and a roast and put them all in a crock pot.  I woke up to the smell of them all being done and my uncle (whom I live with) telling me it smelt great and that it was delicious.

    Always one of the nicest feelings to see your cooking (as basic as it is) get complimented.

    I just got back from a trip to Dave and Buster's with my oldest and dearest friend - who I just met in person for the first time.  We had an absolute blast, ate good food, and enjoyed each other's company a ton.  We're going to be doing it about twice a month now.  I'm happier beyond all words about this.

    Went to wedding, it was nice. Little gazebo in the middle of a lake in the middle of beautiful parklands. During the ceremony and across the lake, there was Ezio from Assassin Creed parkouring with Yugioh, a ninja and some guy that look like he was dressed as Moriarty.
