@Wysteria, massive protein and metabolism boosts, as well as nutrients that give you energy. Just keeping a regular amount of daily activity burns off so much, and adding in any sort of exercise regime just adds to the benefits. The only downside to Herbalife is that if you're not a distributor or know of one, it can be frightfully expensive, but my firsthand experience makes it worthwhile in my opinion.
Yeah we lost a lot of electrolytes in those jobs, the girls would always be tired or prone to fainting and I got to the stage of adding "remember your salts" as part of the training program I made. But yeah those things are prrriiiiiceyyy. I think the tea you drink is like $70 for 100sachets or something?

Only remembered for what we have done."

    Something like that!

Because of my lactose, I can't have lots if milk, and used to mix up the protein shakes with a juice popper :) They are just the right size and when you only have vanilla to work with, mixing it up with apple, banana, or pineapple juice makes it so delicious.

I don't know whether to rant or rave about a stranger randomly buying me lunch. It's kind of flattering but also creepy as hell. It was a surprise to come back to on my desk, so that's rave-worthy.

It does seem expensive because you have to outlay the cost for a pack all in one go.  Depending on the pack, the costs range from about $2.00 per meal to $8.00.  I mean, if you were to drink a coffee a day and were made to pay upfront for every coffee for a month, it would be expensive too.

As for the shakes, my sister suggested using soy milk rather then regular milk, but juice works as well, and even yogurt.

    Krenim: Hounds? How cliche.
Janeway: Tuvok! *clapclap* Release my rape gorilla!
    Krenim: ...We'll show ourselves out.
  • The shake canisters are cheaper than the packets. You can also use more or less depending how you like it. And you dont even need milk or juice, water does just fine.

Oh Iron Elite, let me count the ways...
  • Just passed in the top bracket in the math test I needed to not have to do math - or pay the fee for that class this year. :) 2 hours less classes a week (and I only have maybe 10 hours total) and "4 hours" less expected study from home - would never have done anywhere near that, but still, yay.

Not bad considering I never did the last compulsory year of math in high school, and the last time I was in a math class was 9 years ago. :P Also I decided to play achaea last night instead of bother to try studying for it - not that I knew what type of math it would be on anyway.

It's odd when you can see an overview of your life at the moment in the list of videos You Tube recommends for you:

Rave because things are going pretty good right now.
    ETA: Tagging relevant people @Katzchen, @Arador, @Illyose
  • It's a very beautiful morning out here in Brisbane and I hear some people are getting snowed in across the world.
  • 40 degrees at 6am. 70 degrees ATM. Expecting 40 degrees at 10pm. Not sure if rant or rave.
  • I've had an Australian with me for two weeks (Baraka) and he's somehow got me watching soccer to the point where I am loud and into it. I also now understand about 75% of cricket. I actually woke up this morning and woke him up with a "Hell yeah Clarke" because I woke up and checked my phone to see he got to 100.

I've still managed to somehow not undo all the work I've done on losing weight even though he has to eat at every single possible mexican place and won't let me not eat, too. I've also managed to learn a lot of new words and phrases and can now insult my friends without them realizing I am.

And all of this is happening and I didn't forget everything I had set up for monk (yay .txt files of everything..)

  • @Valden rave for the cleanest breakup ever. Thank you for being incredibly reasonable despite being opposed to it at first. It makes this a hell of a lot easier. :)

@Katzchen, well if it was a terrible break up then who would I have to gossip about boys with?

On a more serious note I was the typical mess for a few days, then I realised that I was being selfish and that neither of us were what the other needed anymore. No way I was going to risk alienating one of the most awesome people I ever met. :)
  • @Tvistor, well you are on the awesome people list...
  • I finally got to finish Fringe now that I'm home and all of the internets are mine.  Now normally, I watch the end of things first, read the last page of a book.  I'll read the whole spoiler before I go to a movie and don't afraid of anything.  Even Game of Thones, because I'm a BAMF (also, so I'll know when not to look).  That said, I never could finish that episode of The Office where Michael promised to pay those kids' tuition (no really, I couldn't watch).  But not this time.  This time was special.  Waiting almost two months made it even sweeter.
  • HhaosHhaos Cortland, Ohio
Finally moving back home to Ohio to start over, getting away from all the heartache and pain for a fresh chance at life out there.

Rant: May be gone for a while and will miss the people that make Achaea worth playing
  • These past few posts should be best of'd.

  • First tournament in three years, and I go out 5-0 in the first round.

This is rave because I got to spend the better part of two days catching up with old friends, and cheering on new ones. My new karate club is awesome. ^^

(Sorry, @Mishgul, I didn't even have a chance to get out of Pond's Forge so I couldn't come and see you. :( )
  • Dad finally convinced me to attend tennis practice on Sundays. I might start looking mhun-like at last.

  • rave: Moved from a one-bedroom house to a two-bedroom one. Me and my dad did all the moving all weekend. My bedroom is beautiful! Simple and barebones, but it's my bedroom and I love it.

related rant: I've got to admit, I'm a pampered son...this was the first real hauling labor I've done. MY EVERYTHING HURTS AUGH. Thank god the Advil is helping.

Stepped outside my office to go home and I just saw a cloud descend over the car park like fog, just seconds before it burst into heavy rain. I love monsoon weather.
