I need to put a lock on my tank room. Looking at you @Austere
Check your logs, m8. This guy doesn't run for tanks.
We were one @Morthif away from destroying a room. It's a shame someone had to be a wuss and sleep early. I work all day today and caught five hours of Zzz last night. No excuse.
Also, @Kiba keeps telling me he wants to raid, and then never shows up. I feel so unimportant.
It's not every day that the air conditioner works as well as it did last night and I had a few insomnia nights recently so no regrets.
Ironically enough, my house was way too warm this morning. Sadly, I did not get to catch up on my beauty sleep. You and I generally go on insomnia runs together, so I still don't feel bad for you.

It was only 2 in the morning EST! :P In my experience that is when most raids on Hashan happen for whatever reason!
12 est. is about what time I login every night. I think a lot of the time, people are waiting for someone to say "let's go". Trust me, if I had my choice, I would play 6 hours earlier. Sometimes I go straight to raiding when I get on, but other times I get to sit around and wait to find a few people that I know will cover my gaps in leadership.

Ya, there is never a time that is "just right" for anyone, but I think both sides were pretty well represented still.

Definitely. I had a blast. Winning or losing is irrelevant to me, personally. It doesn't hurt my feelings that we lost a couple tanks. I had a blast trying to save that last one: solo dragon above a guard stack looping rain/fly and hoping my team got back up quick enough.

On a side note: I made 17k bashing in Hashan.
12K of that was mine. I always forget to put my gold away
You guys have no idea how much tea Targossas drinks and how badly we need our own tea shop. Its second on my list of things I want after city figureheads (no, I don't mean the Dawnlord).
Had a job interview to advance/promote from my current position. I got asked what kind of tree I envisioned myself as and totally panicked because I thought this kind of question was asked on TV. I was going answer oak but I answered a yew tree. Apparently that was the first time someone ever answered with 'yew tree'.

While writing up stuff and getting inspiration for designs for a ceremony, I checked HELP MHALDOR..
12.3.3 Mhaldor, the City of Evil
Heraldic Arms: Gules, an escarbuncle Or within a bordure of the second [CITY LEADERS] Tyrannus: Xinna Patron: Sartan Viceroys: Ulrike, Herose, Ruth, Milenka, Xinna, Saeva, and Elazar Ambassador: Titonus
I may be a bit slow on this, but when did the cities help scroll start to show their heraldic arms at the very top? O_O
"Mummy, I'm hungry, but there's no one to eat! :C"
I noticed it quite recently too. I find it sits really awkwardly there though. Because it's just a description of the arms rather than an actual depiction of it like you'd expect at the top of an official document detailing an org. Of course such a thing isn't possible for obvious reasons, but doesn't make it look any less awkward to me.
Gifting artifacts is the most fun any girl can have. @Lala is awesome.
(D.M.A.): Cooper says, "Kyrra is either the most innocent person in the world, or the girl who uses the most innuendo seemingly unintentionally but really on purpose."

Will have to wait until Thursday or Friday to see if I got the advancement. Much anxiety!
I'm a Software Engineer, the company I work for does text adverts for mobile media. The system that used to be in place for this, needed an 8 core server with 32 gig ram. It did not run stable for more than 24 hours and it never performed to business requirement.
After 6 months working on other projects, I was asked to please see what I can do about this disaster. Looking into the system, I quickly surmised the people who created it were hormone driven, high school students. Who partied all semester and decided to quickly write the system, the day before it was supposed to be delivered.
I dumped the whole thing, re-designed, developed, tested and finally released about three weeks ago.
Since then, we've been serving 100% of our impression requirement, with 100% uptime and utilizing 0.1% of system resources. I've actually been tempted to prove that I can run the whole system on a Raspberry Pi, and still out perform the old system.
About a week after release, my CTO comes to me and asks me to name the system, so he can have an easy way to refer to it while talking to the directors. For numerous reasons, that system is now refereed to as: Artemis.

What is this?
Holy shit
@Lala thank you so much!
Penwize has cowardly forfeited the challenge to mortal combat issued by Atalkez.
Yea, that one!

"In literature, Oberon is king of the... what?"
Thank you Achaea for helping me win the pub quiz and making it look like I know my Shakespeare.
Please don't nerf me...
They were nice kills though.
