I know it's days late, but it always warms my heart to hear that people other than myself have actually played and enjoyed Inifinite Space. I wish we had more Space RPGs like it.
Anyway, if you're still looking for DS games, I always recommend roguelikes. I believe the DS has a few like Izuna The Unemployed Ninja, Pokemon Mysterious Dungeon, and Shiren The Wanderer.
Hot damn, it's been so long. It's been seven years, and it still hasn't changed much (last time I logged in, I dunno about now)
Chafers and boars are cheap sons of Mongols. That's all.

I've always really liked the Final Fantasy games. I've got 13 sitting here, but I just haven't gotten around to playing it. I've also got Infamous 2 to play...
Best series that I've ever played would have to be a tie between Kingdom Hearts and Fallout 3 though.
Think I'm going to start playing FFXII again. It's my favorite in the series, and there are still builds I want to try out. Might use an emulator instead of my PS2 this time.
So I dug into my Skype chat and saw this screencap of Gran Turismo 2.
Endurance races OP. They're so fun!

I wouldn't have been able to do any of the endurance races if it wasn't for PSX save states. Those things are lifesavers (I try not to use them for cheating...oh who am I kidding)

@Dragonknight - currently playing SWTOR as a F2P. They released it for free to play recently! I like it a lot.

Re: SWTOR - how are you finding the restrictions of FTP? I haven't been back on there since last May or something stupid, but I've heard the game is essentially a hell of a lot.
@Chryenth: Restrictions aren't that bad, really - I'm impressed. All areas and the entire story is already unlocked, so no worries there. Only three species (races) available, which is pretty much fine by me. All eight playable classes are available (you can play both as Jedi and Sith). Subs have some perks (minor extra items like lockboxes and such) but a F2P can easily keep up. Aesthetically and conveniently, subs have the advantage of course - people walking around with astromech helper droids and floating around on hovering platforms.
Overall, I'd say the publishers did a pretty good job at making the game F2P - subs have lots of perks, but F2Ps aren't left far behind in the dust (like what they did with Everquest -.-)
Highly recommend it!

for peeps with iPhones, check out The Room if you like puzzle games. They have a demo you can check out, and the full game is only, like, two bucks I think. Well worth it.
Also, just to mention - I play SWTOR as a Jedi Consular and a Republic Trooper on a server with "shadow" in its name (forgot the exact name). IGN Episcia/Zirena.

Oh lawd, Recettear. Add that to the long list of games I've heard about so much, wanted so much, but is so out of my reach..
(i know it's around ten dollars, that's not my problem )

ME3 extended cut was okay, leviathan was very interesting, omega was shit. Definitely worth the replay (of the entire series).
Going through dragonage this month. Sins of a solar empire buddies have been good lately, even if they all suck and are too scared to declare war on me. ( I AM LOOKING AT YOU RANGOR)

I love Dragon Age: Origins. It encourages multiple playthroughs and is one of the few RPGs I know of that really allows me to tank for the party(I love tanking!). I've avoided DA2, but I guess I'll play it someday.
@Tvistor If you play FPSes, then I'm afraid I can't help you. I'm all about obscure games, though, so if you're playing one now let me know.

Even more excited for the Fire-Emblem themed 3DS that @Rynn pointed out to me!
