Is it bad that my first reaction to those meteors was "Huh, it's stored in a 16 bit variable? Hmm, buffer overflow or some kind of maths error cause it to go below 0 and reach 65000?"
I'm more curious why when I tried to store 100 meteors it told me it was full after only 10... How you do dat t'ing? in clarification.. Yes my quiver is an artefact too!
Normal quiver can't hold any meteors, artefact quiver can hold 10. I believe there's hard to obtain (auction only?) level 2 quiver that can hold more (50?)
Tharos, the Announcer of Delos shouts, "It's near the end of the egghunt and I still haven't figured out how to pronounce Clean-dat-hoo."

that reminds me of when someone bought a negative number of tickets in a lottery

wasn't me, but it crashed the game and after that people didn't buy tickets anymore, and the lottery never reached the "break-even" point it was at before the timewarp

The faint but growing sound of marching
boots draws your attention to the Southern Vashnar mountain range.
There, ascending the highest peak, can be seen a procession of
figures silhouetted against the sky: the citizenry of Cyrene.
An orchestra reaches the top first,
followed by soldiers marching in formation, and flanked by riders
wielding standards that bear arms from the world over.
Glinting off the musical instruments,
the warm rays of the morning sun illuminate and magnify the orchestra
as it prepares its serenade, and a flurry of notes fills the air.
Reflected sunbeams glance off the
surfaces of silver shields, which direct the light over the entire
continent in a dazzling display as a stirring anthem rises from the
mountains.
The shimmering light travels to the
beat of the music, addressing every city, town, and terrain in sight,
while the riders direct their steeds to march around the musicians.
As the serenade peaks at calculated
intervals, the polished shields shift, directing a glowing aura to
illuminate each city, one by one. Mhaldor's isle is set afire by the
red tinge of its fog, while Ashtan's waterways brighten the
effulgence even more, and Hashan is awash in blue as light pierces
the fog.
In Eleusis, the gleaming lights dance
among the enshrouding leaves of the Ithmia in a dazzling display;
over Targossas the reflected morning rays bathe the city in a warm
glow as the sun reaches higher into the sky.
Having acknowledged every corner of the
continent, the orchestra suddenly brings its lilting serenade to a
resounding crescendo that echoes from the mountains, punctuated by
shields slamming the ground and each other, while the riders' mounts
rear onto hind legs.
Following the display, a rush of
gratitude spreads over the world, followed by a tranquil quietude as
the entire city uses this morning to salute the world with a humble
bow.

This was intended to be a thank you to those who had offered their assistance to the Cyrenian Devotionists who were changing class and a mass-thank you to the supporters. It's our gratitude that you're feeling, oh people who didn't like feeling thankful. Also a major shout out to the person who did the writing and the people who helped them. If you want to say who you are feel free, but if not, you can just be thanked here by me. Another shout out to the Patron for making sure the world heard our thank you.
You read what is written on an elegant white letter: Greetings,
Come to the Mausoleum of Ekary Lucoster. Quickly. I don't know all the details, I was just paid to send out these letters to you. All I can say is that there's treasure involved. My job is done, the rest is up to you.

Still waiting, Pirate Cap'n Bronzebeard
The last location waits for you, Below the lights of the Crown, Tasur'ke is too far north, I'm deep within the ground.

Still not alive, still dead, still waiting, Pirate Cap'n Bronzebeard
@Kellonius got there first and found a basket of panties, I believe. Well played, mysterious ghost-writer for Cap'n Bronzebeard.
With a soft trill, a carrier pigeon circles low overhead, dropping a letter into your hands.
You break open the sealed document, destroying the seal in the process. You see that the letter contains a woven basket and an elegant white letter. You read what is written on an elegant white letter: Hi Dad,
Apparently this is the 'legendary' treasure of Cap'n Bronze Beard

Although the outer seal is broken, the signature seal remains. It is sealed with the arms of Skye, but the seal has been opened.

You quietly pass the word to the executive officer to keelhaul Verrucht.
A murderous sparkle in their eyes, the crew turns upon Verrucht, tying him up in rigging cordage. Four burly men grab his arms and legs and on the count of three, toss Verrucht astern.
The ship's motion drags Verrucht beneath the keel, generating a red cloud of blood that trails in the vessel's wake as his skin is shredded on the sharp barnacle shells affixed to the hull.
Grunting with exertion, the crew draws a limp and waterlogged Verrucht from the depths, hoisting his battered body over the railing and tossing him onto the deck.
Verrucht has writhed free of his entanglement by ropes.
Verrucht takes a drink from a black-walnut vial.
Verrucht says in an urbane voice, "Well."
Verrucht says in an urbane voice, "Aren't you quite the c(ensored)."
That's funny. His first question was, "Did you know that wouldn't kill me?" You'd have to do it quite a bit to kill somebody, since it seems to work out about even with sip/time.
Based on the damage I took and stuff, probably at least 3-4 times in a row for someone with my health. (6kish) Keelhaul did 2k and choking did about 2k, but sipping healed a bunch, as did moss.
With skill born from long study, you take A crystal sphere, a crystal cube, a crystal pyramid, a cylindrical crystal, a finely sculptured crystal torus, a milky crystal pentagon, a sharply angled crystal polyhedron, a shimmering crystal diamond, and an opaque crystal disc, and set Nakari, Ruth, and Zarla to spinning in the air.
