Stick with venoms until you're near trans subterfuge... at least I think thats how it works (ask a Serpent, they know better)

What are your whip's stats? With low subterfuge, I'd look for one with 190+ to-hit.

If you do have camus already, that's good as well, but if not I would stick with subterfuge rather than learning venoms just for bashing.

No camus, Naga focus on at least getting Hide, Ghost and Cloak before anything else (to the best of my knowledge) so I'm sticking with subterfuge. And no clue! Had Dreadlord Carmain look over it, he said it was strong damage, but really slow. No idea the to-hit. :<

Stick with learning subterfuge, but if you're still missing a lot, you might be better of biting sumac for a while until your subterfuge gets a bit better. Or get a better whip. But really, sumac's not too slow for stuff like the Great Rock and Actar.

Fair enough! Keep in mind, though, it's not just number of hits you want to look at, but the actual amount of time it takes to kill something.

@Koyuki bite bite bite. I got to 40 mostly with rats and buckawns way back when, and biting. Even with trans sub you will still find things that dodge.. I have been known to bite death knights to death because they can't dodge that, but the bastards dodge garrote all the damned time
