So it's luck on what item (or items) from the list you might get, with higher level stockings offering a higher chance for the more valuable stuff?

    How many items appear in a stocking, and what are the chances of getting more items if it's only a chance to get additional items.
    What are the chances (in percent) of getting higher tier items for each stocking tier?
    What are the chances of each item appearing within their own tier?

    The higher value giftbags will contain guaranteed higher value contents, so you don't need to worry about getting a more-expensive giftbag and getting less than your money's worth!

    Tiers probably wasn't the best term to use in the post, any stockings can contain any item, the higher tier stockings are more likely to get to the really expensive artefacts, and there's some failsafes in place so if you don't get all of the stocking's value the first time it tries to fill up, it'll keep adding item until it meets or exceeds the value of the giftbag.

    I believe it's just the ability to have one additional mine (so three), not a legion expansion.

    Also, if anyone happens to get the customised artefacts in their stocking (especially the vials), I would love to see their descs, either posted here or messaged! I'm exceptionally curious what kind of descriptions they are.

    Wait, so if we leave our full stockings hanging the prizes inside may change/increase in value?

    Two different things, but the legion expansion is now useful (if it's affordable) with the input of the extra mine artie.

    according to the issue enquiry I made, legion expansion is 200 bound credits for 100 extra troops. Which is extravagant.

    Nope, once it's filled, it's filled! When it fills for the first time, it'll loop through the fillup sequence until the expected value met/exceeded

    Grand stockings cost $45. At $0.40/cr that comes out to about 112 credits (123 with Elite)

    Stocking 1: Prospector's guidebook. Value: Worth it, to me at least.
    Stocking 2: Alligator minipet, 1.4k gold: Value: Maybe 30-40cr
    Stocking 3: Runic vial (45cr), whetstone (16cr), rose thorn (10cr), various herbs. Value: 73cr
    Stocking 4: 25cr, Surcoat, some commodities. Value: 35cr
    Stocking 5: 1 mayan crown, rose thorn, 1.1k gold, some herbs. Value: 50cr

    I think the failsafe is bugged. 

    Other than this, I love this promo, the items are super cool and caters to just about everyone's tastes.

    Ideally the price would be very expensive, making the more cost effective way to get them still via the website and also taking huge chunks out of the current game gold amounts.

    Likely won't happen, but some other event (auction) that would lower credit prices would be nice.

    I would buy more stockings but it is bugged right now. I only got an average of 50% of the value of the stockings from all of my grand stockings.

    You open an extravagant stocking and find 20 credits, a featureless ice figurine, a prospector's guidebook, a prospector's guidebook, an ink-stained rose thorn, an ink-stained rose thorn, 1947 gold sovereigns, 345 gold sovereigns, 446 gold sovereigns, a group of 11 bloodroot leaves, a group of 12 pieces of rope, a group of 16 bloodroot leaves, a group of 25 bloodroot leaves, a group of 27 valerian leaves, and a group of 34 bloodroot leaves inside!
    Colour me unimpressed, especially since I don't do any mining. Would have preferred straight credits, in hindsight.

    Also, the guidebooks don't have a tradein value. Hope it's a good one when it gets added in.

    Wow you got so much more stuff from your extravagant stocking than I did.

    You open an extravagant stocking and find Lesser Stone of Wonder and a group of 12 coal pieces inside!

    edit: If they were indeed bugged as Grandue said, do early purchasers like me get extra stockings in return? >_> I easily bought like 50 stockings. I'll be sad if I got gypped cause bug :(

    So when exactly does language learning reset? It says "Try again next month." but I've worked out that that doesn't mean after the Serenade OR after the in-game month change. Does it actually just mean 25 Achaean days from your last lesson?
