Heh- I still don't know what the heck happened there. >.>
I would just hold down enter on mind amnesia during every single gank if it was changed to delay commands by .5 or 1 second. It's like .8s eq with diadem and drs
I still you for mind amnesiaing Proficy when he ganked me and he didn't writhe until I brokenstar'd
Main reason is because he spent at least 5 hours checking his system to figure out why he didn't writhe.
@Cooper Who was it that said, earlier today, that burst damage was monk's biggest weakness? It was awesome watching you tank four spears in a row (70% max health each), while getting JPK'd and Storhhammered.
If you're so damn awesome, Cooper, why don't you try a more challenging class? I honestly don't understand how it's not boring, just ignoring everyone else's offense, and defense, while spending the ~10 seconds necessary to set up double leg breaks. Not trolling, honest question on my part. I would get tired of that in days, even with the added comfort of never actually losing any fights (except to apparently, darkshade).
@Jovolo, he asked what two classes are good to start out as, not which two you think are (simultaneously) your favorite, and the easiest. Monk and Sylvan are the cheapest classes in the game, since they can both prep their way to victory without actually ever engaging in what normal people would consider "combat". They don't have to be played like this, but since they can be, everyone does.
[brief explanation of why he thinks Monk offense is "weak"] ... Monk's are weakest to DPS and burst damage. ... [unrelated]

You quickly utter "Duanathar" and your wings flare with power before swiftly carrying you up to on
the clouds.
On the clouds (indoors).
Try quoting the rest you disingenuous nob. I said "Without Kaido..." because of your insistence that Monk is the easiest, most amazing single trans class. Not that I mind you making a fool of yourself, but don't try and drag me down with you.
First of all, it -is- the best single trans class for both pvp and bashing. Anyone who argues that is silly.
Secondly, are you actually going to tell me that that log is not ridiculous, kaido or not? I have more health than him (not that it matters much in this case), and I would have died twice over in that situation, if not three times.
Question... everybody does it... but what is the point of worldburn? Why does it even exist?
To stop defiling. Duh.
I honestly think that the point of worldburn is to give a point to shrines. There's no need for more than a small handful of shrines for offering purposes, so that theory's out.

Lol. You have fun bashing without trans'd fitness and willpower. Tell me how that works out for you.
Meanwhile a Knight with 100 lessons into fitness can bash for days. As for pvp... Just lol. Blademaster would like a word with you, not to mention Sylvan (which I'm guessing you also still claim is overpowered).
Do you ACTUALLY research things? Or do you just find random one-off logs of a class used by a proficient person, and base everything you say off of that? God damn I hate agreeing with @Jovolo, but he is right in what he said. Also, 4 spears is not burst damage. They don't all hit at once or with rapid succession. That's what normal people like to call 'sustained damage' - Nevermind the fact Cooper is decently artifacted.
17,000 damage in 10-ish seconds. Do you even bother pretending to act like you'd agree with me, ever? Obviously not.
And having played literally all of those classes, and since I have no clue who you are, aside from an obnoxious forum-dwelling pest, I have to assume you have no clue what you're talking about. Sure, sylvan is decent, so is knight. (two things that I specifically mentioned). However, Monk is the best, as Tekura is currently the most abusable 1v1 skillset in the game, and also happens to be the best bashing skillset in the game.

Perhaps if you posted something correct, sure. Without acting like a know-it-all douchebag, despite constant people disagreeing with you and ACTUALLY providing reasons for doing so. Played all those classes, trans'd all those classes, fought with all those classes.

It's things like this that make people dislike you, by the way, in case you're not bright enough to figure that out for yourself. Monk is not the best. I'm guessing your basis for saying that is solely because Penwize is ranked 1 in exp. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, gotta assume things like you're doing, yeah?) Elementalism is the best bashing skillset in the game. Why? Reflections, that's why. Thornrend, Stormhammer and Staffcast are also among the hardest hitting attacks in the game.
Let's compare the classes as a whole, shall we?
Monk: Leather armour, toughness as their main damage reduction skills. (I think Scorpion actually increases their damage taken? Again, correct me if I'm wrong here, I've not been monk in quite awhile) - I think their combos have a balance of ~2.6 seconds? Or around about that. Anyway, they have regeneration+boosting to help maintain a high hp pool - which actually can ruin your mana pool, if you're not decently artifacted. Split mind is absolutely not enough to keep your MP topped, if you're transmuting and clotting on top of that. (This is also going to eat through your willpower, as well.) Monks are also notorious for how quickly they chew through Endurance.
Sylvan (ho boy): Chainmail armour, barkskin, spin staff, reflections. On top of all this? Viridian. Please don't try and compare mitigation values to a monks. It won't end well. Thornrend with a diadem has a 2.5s balance (Fun fact. -every- single one of a monks combos need to critically hit, for the entire combo to do the same amount of damage as a single thornrend crit. [more crits does not always = more damage]) - Nevermind the fact of if thornrend scores crushing or higher. Moving onto their regeneration: Evoke vigour lasts 3 minutes, and a fully charged staff can keep that up for quite a long time (can also EVOKE SUNLIGHT to charge it during the day), on top of the sip bonus that concoctions provides. Trans'd philosophy, circlet + perma megalith = never need to meditate. And in the off chance you do, your hive will be able to be harvested again, so GG there. As for the regeneration, go and ask Tukio or Twil how much he regenerates per tick with vigour up.
I'm honestly not going to bother adding in Knights for this comparison, because I think you get the point. (If not then... Faith in humanity, etc.) (Long story short for them, though. Fullplate, 12hr runes/putrefaction+vigour/bliss+hands and well forged hunting weapons = GG + never needing to sleep for endurance)
Is that logic enough for you, buddy? And before you go off into a rant about the single trans bullshit. No. Elementalism as a whole, is better than Tekura alone. You simply cannot claim Monk is the best single trans'd basher, when without Fitness and Philosophy they would hardly even be able to clear out Tir Murann without running out of resources.
Prolly gonna regret stating this. But how bout you actually post your own logic for a change, eh? So we can see why you think Tekura is the best. Instead of you just spouting bullshit all over every thread you decide to post in.
Small edit: If you think thornrend balance is incorrect. Here's a god awful log which will clearly show balances for you. Note, this is without a diadem. http://www.logsty.net/logs/wvi1z (Comments on it will be ignored, FYI. I know full well how badly I fought in that.)
