DSL is significantly better than jab (DSL with two equal-stat rapiers is ~17.6% better than jabbing with one of them), unless one of the rapiers is so good that you can't find another rapier to match it. Being able to use a shield is a nice bonus, though.

Also, monks can throw;ucp;ucp, when throw can already be better than a full combo. Might be annoying to match the balance times, though.

Yeah that's my problem right now, I have one 80 damage rapier and another 66 damage rapier, so the damage difference is big enough that Jab does only slightly less damage than DSL.
