    @Tharvis To be fair, I'd miss the newer stuff! Tekkit does have a ton of weird technological stuff though.

    I think it's a bit odd people want a reset when everyone was so onboard to save everything from the last map, especially since this one is so relatively young compared to it.

    Doesn't really matter, I suppose.

    I would wholeheartedly give my support for a reset if we had some new mods like Tekkit installed. I agree with what you're saying Kazu, with all my mats saved over it was just all about the building, less need to go explore or do anything outside of my little island. And with less time to play MC, I guess that's where it peetered out and other games took preference because they had the more excitement for hte time I can play.

    I'd personally say give Tekkit a spin for a bit, if we don't like it, we can roll back to bukkit

    I put Tekkit-Lite on the server since so many people wanted Tekkit. You can download it here. http://www.technicpack.net/tekkit

    Just going to ask that nobody build anything nuclear unless you know what you are doing. Hopefully I'll get pretty good at this soon, completely new for me.

    Been messing around on the server, and it seems stable for the moment. It's not taking as much ram as I thought it would, but I haven't really built machines yet. Would really help to have someone on with me! @Halos

    The Tekkit launcher says ya'll are on 1.4.7, and when I downloaded Tekkit, it put me on 1.5.2.... Idk how to roll back  in the Tekkit launcher :(


    edit: nvm, I was on Tekkit and not Tekkit Lite

    Join the club, lol. I'm just bsing on the server while I try and figure things out. Basically the launcher has a bunch of different packs you choose from when you start it up. You need to select Tekkit-Lite for the server.

    Finally just decided to settle down in a spot I kinda liked and build a starter house. I don't think it turned out too bad, but it does look a bit weird structurally.

    Tekkit lite on the tekkit launcher. Make sure you don't have a space in front of the IP address if you c/p it.
