Your style is unique and stuffs but I think instead of making it uncolourable will make it awesome. :>
Do you guys want to like decide on a theme or something and then pass it around or something?
We can like just all add to it or something and then ink and colour it. XD It might be funny
Commission List: Aesi, Kenway, Shimi, Kythra, Trey, Sholen .... 5/5 CLOSED I will not draw them in the order that they are requested... rather in the order that I get inspiration/artist block.
@Trilliana Haha, I missed out last Christmas thanks to over-time shifts, so I decided to make my own to keep me company.
He sits on my laptop nowadays and watches me grumble at people when I play sometimes.

@Xae It's odd, but that's probably the only thing I have patience for I flail around and sulk when I have to do anything else that's relatively time-consuming. Also, my course requires a lot of cutting things up, so I'm mostly used to it by now!
I think, for artists or anyone in general, we all have a passion that make things not tedious. That's why there's so many mediums, and why the artists here have such varied styles - because we like doing different things and have practiced the styles we like.
Gods, when I look at what @Cirana's done, all I see is the amount of work and the potential cutting of fingers, but there's also the fact that the end product is absolutely gorgeous and remarkable.
I tend to prefer art with line, but I've also tried art without lines, too. It's a lot more problematic for me if I don't have a clear distinction of where I'm supposed to colour!
(For people still waiting on a commission from me, I am working on it! Slowly. I am a slow artist that only works when inspired. And that said, I'm not really taking any more commissions until this set is completed.)
If you need me, you can find me sporadically on the Achaea Discord as Yae. Do not DM on forums unless you're ok with waiting a couple months!
I don't want to overwork you and stuff but if you are taking commissions, <points at self> please? I'm willing to do an art trade as well if you have any interest at all in my art.

One of my (very talented) friends was nice enough to draw me this picture of my character. I can't get over how much I like it, especially since I'm about as artistic as a half-dead snail.

@Cirana I might actually love you. You finally got me to pick up the knife and start stenciling again. I haven't done any artsy stuff in almost a year. Forgot how fun this is.
@Ruth I don't do commissions mostly because they're so binding, but I'd be happy to doodle/cut/paper something up for you! I need some practice with characters, which I don't tend to do as much, so it'll help me too. (I'll only really be able to start something substantial in a fortnight though, when assessments finish up for me).
Feel free to message me your description and what you'd like?
@Averi Same as above - I'm definitely keen on an art trade, if that's convenient for you! Would love to see how Cirana looks from another person's perspective, plus your colouring style is gorgeous
@Kenway Hip hip hooray! Glad you got back into something you enjoy so much I know the feeling - I used to go on hiatus for months on end, either due to school or too much happening in real life, but every time I picked up my knives and got around to cutting things, I regretted ever giving it up in the first place.
^ Ack, last bit of above statement came out sounding creepier than it
should be. Like I go around harvesting organs from innocent victims in
my spare time.
@Cirana It's a thankless job, but somebody's got to do it.
I'll add this in, to show what the hell I'm referencing, for those who don't know it. (Warning, don't watch if squeamish or at work or soemthing. But there's a few laughs too.)

@Averi : should totally do one of Averi and Teag and their baby. Picknique
Looking at all these great drawings makes me want one of myself.
I can't pay anything because I am dirt poor, but if anyone has the free time and would like to draw Draqoom let me know? I'll pm you his description and clothing and things.

@Cirana really, really like the first one. The mask looks quite awesome as well!

@Cirana, you amaze me.
I wish I could wrap my mind around the concept of art without lines. Every time I try it, I fail miserably.
EDIT: Oops, double post. OH WELL. There was, like... nearly an hour and a half between them.

These are really beautiful, @Cirana. If you're taking commissions, I'll really like to have you do one for mee.
Sometimes, I wish I could agree with something more than once.
@Wei
It's a zillion times easier with an actual brush... digital brushes are weird and stuff.

@Cirana Those are all very nice. That takes a lot of patience and talent.
@Tohran your comment reminded me of this...

@Wessux I stared way too long at armour for this commission.
I still don't know how they work.

Edit: Also I feel it's very fitting he looks slightly annoyed at whatever is on his left.
It's probably Kenway.

I suck at drawing. Who wants to draw a Kresslack and receive a literary work in return?

Why not though? I would be, if I could draw.

I am all for it, myself. Maybe not entirely confident on my ability, but if someone was willing I'd jump at it.

@Yae What's a commission cost these days?
EDIT: Oh, 100th post. Neat!
