+1 for pacifist class, defensive 100%, reflecting damage and having 0 attack.

Also, i love the steampunk idea.

I would like a gnomish class, creating some kind of mechanical "creatures" to aid in travel and combat.

I would like to ride a mechanical horse, to fly a turbojet, to set a mechanical snare.

Infrared, or X googles too.
