@Sena But what's the square root of the derivative?
I tried to think of a way this could apply to my post and actually answer it, but I couldn't. :(
If y(x) is the total number of credits received after opening x globes, then sqrt(<y'(x)>) = 3.
That is if you are assuming positive square root. LOL
  • 1. 10 credits
    2. Diamond vial
    3. 7 credits
    4. Free reincarnation
    5. Magic 8-box

So ~157 credits worth of stuff. Not bad. I was kind of hoping for a reincarnation for when after I hit dragon. Human is all right, but I think dwarf (miner) is probably better for priest?

Means Dawn of the East in Russian ;) The little guy is an orangey tan <---has no sense of creativity for names.

Well if my Russian source is anything to go by.

Losing their light in the glorious sun,
Thus would we pass from this earth and its toiling,
Only remembered for what we have done."

  • Crated ferret.

    Which I tried to sell.

Ended up giving it away for free to Nell's text-mom for Logosmas.
    I so want a ferret....

hmm I always find Achaea gifts and wheel spins to very stingy :/. Lusternia and Aetolia versions of purchasable gifts actually FEEL like a gift, they are pretty awesome. Dont make me get started on Aetolia's wheel spins :P.

You shouldn't have helped kill Hermes. Shot yourself in the foot.

  • Ogre's gauntlets?
  • +1 STR. Would love a pair or better but strength arties are further up the 'needs to wait' list.

  • So tempted to buy globes instead of straight credits now. Argh!
  • @Lyr notice how many people got a pair of gloves or even a pet :P

  • Most of the additional items are from old bazaars.  Aside from the fortune box, they are pretty boring though.

    51 Credits
    5 Crowns
    1 Vial

    Obscure wooden box
~ 60K gold (it could have been more)

Let's assume that a crown can sell for 35 credits if one is patient and a vial is worth 40 credits:

    175 CR + 51 CR + 40 CR = 261 Credits

    However:

I bought another Mayan crown on the market and got 2 more (yes 2 more) obfuscated vials. I don't like decaying vials even though I know artie vials are overkill. I'm a bit bummed I didn't get a cute pet but I did get that box which, if allowed, I'll make permanent and resettable.

All, in all, it's been well worth it for me; sorry to those who haven't fared so well.

Poor armadillo. It's not a handbag you know!
  • Why are the credit rewards so low!!!
  • also:

The offspring of a small desert fox, this kit has a comical appearance, with oversized ears that extend from soft, sand-hued fur. Twitching at any movement, the large ears flick back and forth, ever alert for the slightest of sounds. Small black eyes are cunning and sharp despite his youth, and his pointed muzzle is tipped with a tiny black nose. Long, nimble legs support the small weight of his sleek body, and sharp claws tip his agile paws.

    Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel! I want one D:.
  • Has anyone generated estimates on each item's approximate probability of showing up?

    Credits 1/3, Crowns 1/6, Crate 1/25, etc.

Buy me enough globes to get a decent statistical sample and I'll run some numbers.

  • I want a crated pet so badly! I'm so sad they took out the ability to buy pets at the pet store.

  • I like everyone else, was thinking about buying some globes...Then I read this...and then I remember that "post globe" feeling when you realized you have wasted quite some money only to get 10 bound credits, and some gold...When if you know where to go, you can get 100 credits for the same 20 dollar price...Yeah not going to buy again this time....One thing I do go for is the wheel of fortune extraspin tokens
  • The two halves of the globe split open to reveal a mysterious crate!
Planks of plain timber are assembled into this sturdy crate, with gaps between each slat to allow
air flow. On each side, in red letters, are the words: "live animal inside."
    It weighs about 5 pounds.
A crate marked "live animal inside" is holding:

I counted 174 credits, 3 crown (105cr), 4 vials (160cr), crated pet (60cr?), trait reset (100cr), the box and hourglass and a bunch of gold.  Let's say 600 credits.  That's better than 400 credits (440 with elite).  The caveat being you have to have wanted the trait reset.
