Truth be told, we play late hours for a good reason, quality interaction with others in a discreet manner. This is the final post, as I will not be here anymore, forums that is, sorry about the length, but its the ooc tasks, conditions, standards which will be provided and repeated at many angles IG in order to indemnify the government and point to multiple agreements to further curtail dissent and troublemakers. Mhaldorians: You are offered an opportunity to be able to get support from the Tyrannus at any time, apply for information IG which is given on a case by case to those that ask. It's a tool to increase production and availability to work with me. Details on this are obtained in game, please know that this is largely for leaders, this isnt a fan club, but a resource to summon the leader whenever he is needed. If you choose to use it, you will be more effective. I'm not going to leave much wiggle room for any finger waving at the gov. I will make clear liars out of troublemakers or people that make the absurd plan to combat someone that is working to move forward. This is directed at no one, no one is in trouble nor is anyone hazed or judged. Every morning is a clean slate in my book, those that choose not to believe this, are purposely working to do the opposite for the sake of doing it. Listen, he's going to be all peaches and cream until somebody wants to play games, which will cause results borderline overboard, with experience to know just how much punishment is legal so the admins wont touch the govnt, ensuring maximum and brutally unregulated punishment, with enough greedy restraint to save our own asses. With regards to this policy I'm allowing, I highly encourage Viceroy's to do so, at their own comfort level to entertain the same, leaders in general, notice you are largely not disturbed by me? You are free to do as you wish in your lane, as long as people are having fun and being put first. Viceroys: The moment my full cadre of Viceroys are dialed in, you will be given orders increasing your public profile, that you must publically post news, or any other type of leadership activity so not only can I train you to be better, but to destroy decay and create progress. Chain of command/military leadership style mean gold goes uphill, shit goes downhill. Those that show respect will always be heard, but know your role. If you are middle management coming up to talk about things way out of your paygrade, the slope gets very thin, and the topic will always be constructive, until you show disrespect, and think yourself a little bit confused about the role this is. Fistfights, beer pong, mario kart, and challenging for the position are all games that I'm really good at winning, and for those that simply can't grasp my ethos or my (way too nice) approach of helping, are encouraged to do something about it, or get out. The only time I'm going to ever flip out and rage is when I give 100%, and someone spits on it cause they have a problem. Thats just sabotage. And for me, makes perfect sense. Thats like running up to the pope and stealing his hat because you want to test the water and lose your mind.
Anyways, like I said, you are doing fine. This is a disclaimer. Things that are going to be enforced that will be carried out:
If you are complaining about something, whether public or private, that means you want to have a meeting with the Government. We will meet you and we will not stop until you say the issue is solved. Then we all agree everything has been fixed. If after this we hear you are complaining, we will kill you. There are plainclothes people everywhere willing to report this action, and using the Eye of Sartan, I can see for myself what you do in complete privacy and easily spot treason or unhealthy mind the moment certain words appear in the Eye.
If you have a problem with another citizen, that means you would like to request a meeting to solve the issue.All parties will meet, we will come up with a solution that both are willing to work with and after agreeing, we move along. If I find out that after the resolution the citizens still have a problem, they both die, and we continue to use brutality to make you stop being stupid. You don't have to love your neighbor, but you sure as hell won't take focus off moving forward, because you and Timmy want to quarrel over shit so stupid, you are willing to defy the government, and weaken it by participating in non sanctioned activity. This does not modify bloodfeud. Use it, get over it, or you will die.
Hazing and harassment of peers is incompatible with keeping 100% focus on strength. If I see any bullying of citymates, the punishments will be severe, if you notice these rules so far, I'm basically not allowing your bullshit, which collectively adds up to weaking the city over stupid issues non pertinent to the nation. Its just easier to help you, and when you fail to take the free offer, we have no excuse but to kill you.
You will be held to standard, inside of Mhaldor, or outside of Mhaldor when it comes to certain divine imposed laws. I don't even need to repeat it, the big ones of credit fraud, sexy harassment, multiplaying, etc are enforced, and the government does not approve of their citizens engaging it. I do not care what happens outside of the city, but as a citizen, you are never away from your responsibility. I have little care if non Mhaldorians have this happen to them, or engage in it. One way or another, I have no opinion of any fate such as this, as they are not my property, and require this statement, as they won't get one IG.
Lastly, and most importantly this is regarding Sartan and His presence in the realms
The best advice I can possibly give you is look to me for how to act regarding this. Because this is my conclusion: the garden, moreso than anyone, understands the importance of a god being present in Mhaldor at levels adequate to appease the general consensus. This is not a malicious attempt at irony to keep Him gone. Truth be told, Sartan -is- here. He's just extremely busy. This isn't fn McDonalds, hes not going to stand like a clown at Stygian, waving back and forth while little shits hang all over Him. The theme of simplicity and efficiency continues here. Contact your chain of command if you need Him here, or need something to do with Him. The government facilitates this into reality no matter what, just try to be smart with it. Summoning Him cause you wanted to tell him you hit level 50, and licked your first window are going to cause him to listen less.
When it comes to normal time He's here, what everyone is waiting for, again, do as I am, and truly soak this in, as there is no choice but the one I point to: The Garden decides when this is time, its purely on them. I have confidence, and patience, because I know they are training somebody hard working and valuable, not another bus sticker waiting to happen while we share a collective depression. It is my firm belief that I would rather wait and be patient, while the person is groomed for the job. If too many people want to rush this, I'm sure they can pay the guy that sweeps the main office, the one you can barely understand, into doing the job. I for one, am still shocked that Sartan has returned, I never saw that coming, and had lost faith in the garden to begin with for getting rid of Him back in the day, when Khoraji, myself, and others betrayed the city and fought to the death for something we were so loyal to, that with me in this position, shows that full circle, loyalty is a hell of a thing. And redemption is possible for those that are honest.

Its long, read it or not, its public info available you won't get from anyone else but this Government. Some will know when the executioner comes for them, others will be in complete surprise because they love the rebel spirit going against a military way completely alien to their leftist green spirit, and dont last.

Yeah, I've been up for 16 or so hours and I cant even spell over there IG anymore.
