You know that annoying defense maneuver where you are sitting there repeatedly shutting a door and icewalling it while the other side opens said door and firelashes....?
...Props to @Micositu for the best solution ever to this problem.
Just delete the gods-damned door so it no longer exists and beckon everyone.
Enjoyable skirmishes with no one wanting to run from the fight. Not a single complaint. We may have died and had a few hiccups, but I am so proud of everyone who helped.
I appreciate that everyone roleplayed as though Herenicus was speaking using colons and semi-colons instead of the Shatner-esque commas and dashes that sometimes characterize his amateur performances.
Since I've come back onto playing my Naga, I've really got into Achaea a lot more and would like to thank @jurixe, @florentino, and @mycen together with the Naga as a whole for enhancing that playing experience.
Few others from the other side of the fence such as @jhui et al for making conflict that bit more enjoyable and, at times, still give me that "Oh shit" moment.
Lightning-quick, you jab an apathetic gnoll sentinel with an ornate steel rapier. An apathetic gnoll sentinel gives a pained sigh. An apathetic gnoll sentinel says, "My superiors are going to be so angry with me." You have slain an apathetic gnoll sentinel, retrieving the corpse. Your soul cries out in ecstasy as it reaches new heights of power. You have advanced to level 21. *** Congratulations, you've just completed the Moving Up in the World task! *** You have reached the illustrious level of Vibrant. *** Congratulations, you've just completed the Greet the Pixie Queen or the Imp Lord task! *** *** Congratulations, you've just completed the Greet the Kobold King or the Pygmy Cook task! *** *** Congratulations, you've just completed the Greet Hunter Ealeo or Guardian Niluint task! ***
Even though you guys could probably do this in an hour, I'm proud that I've actually taken the first step in Achaea. Getting out of Novicehood.
Biggest thanks to my roomie for getting me into this game. @Kazu for always checking in on me. @Eloru for telling me how to escape the gravehands and that thing that kept pulling me back. (I have mass now!) @Tesha of course, for establishing Cynder, and helping out where you could. I never see you anymore! @Mizik for making me move sluggishly, then using your fist to make my innards explode and steal the relic that I found. Awesome roleplay! @Melodie for helping me out, you've set the foundation to help Cynders grow. Thank you. @Eleusis for being welcoming and always sure to get back to me, even if it's a delayed response!

Problem solved
Lol, I was sitting on the other side of the door, trying to make sure we were blocking the exit, and then flippin' the door was gone suddenly. Someone starts spamming 'oh shit, the door is gone' and moments later the Baalzadeen pulled us out. Mass destruction!
I had a lot of fun in the skirmishes tonight with Mhaldor and Ashtan. I have a really long way to come to leading groups super effectively but all the practice helps.
Forged from a rust-hued alloy of the finest steel and nickel, this blade exhibits a barely- perceptible curve along its length, accentuated by a double groove carved into the metal. The thick tang is encased by a grip of green sharkskin in an intricate diamond pattern. Rounding off the grip is a square pommel fashioned from iron, affording perfect balance to this masterfully crafted weapon. At the base of the blade is a thin band of unknown metal that suffuses the sword with a soft icy glow. It weighs about 5 pounds. It bears the distinctive mark of Atalkez. You may use the following commands with this weapon:

Rave for today: after countless hours of bashing (particularly in the last few weeks) I was finally able to get to dragon! Yay!..I definitely have quite a few people to thank for this...:
@Mycen for staying up late with me and helping to push me to dragon..even though particularly last night we ended up staying up to 4:30 am..I don't remember half of the conversation >.> I am sure it was fun..and random likely!
@Saibel@Milenka For pestering me -every- bloodly login "Are you dragon yet? Why are not not dragon" (I assume this was payback) though it pestered me enough to actually decide to go out and hunt.
@Carmain@Alynna@Zii each for their constant morale support in a myriad of ways.
@Kei for truly being awesome and supportive, definitely has been quite enjoyable having you in Mhaldor.
@Micositu@Falthus for lending me arties and such to help along the way.
It's been great guys!
Also thanks to @Sartan for being the most awesome divine of all and to continue to push and support me to better myself in a myriad of areas.

More new features to report - a formalised city bounty system! Now there's a way for cities to seek retribution for attacks against the organisation.
All members of the city's military are welcome to CLAIM any of the active, unclaimed bounties and attempt to fulfil them. When complete, they will be rewarded in either gold sovereigns or credits, depending on what was posted for that target.
To see the active bounties, simply READ your city's board, which are located at the following locations:
Ashtan: Northern Parade of Zarathustra. Cyrene: Steps before the courthouse of Cyrene. Eleusis: Above the fields near a bridge. Hashan: A dark hallway. Mhaldor: Before the gates of the Baelgrim Fortress. Targossas: Rally point.
Adventurers with an active, claimed bounty will find them listed on their CONTRACTS.
It should be noted that this system is strictly aimed at retribution for attacks against a city. Personal matters should be directed to the Ivory or Quisalis Mark.
HELP BOUNTIES has a wealth of further information, so feel free to head over there to read more.
Holy awesome. I know people who have been asking for this for -years-. Thanks @Tecton!
"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to? You will never find that [everlasting] life for which you are looking. When the gods created man they allotted to him death, but life they retained in their own keeping. As for you, Gilgamesh, fill your belly with good things; day and night, night and day, dance and be merry, feast and rejoice. Let your clothes be fresh, bathe yourself in water, cherish the little child that holds your hand, and make your wife happy in your embrace; for this too is the lot of man."
Raves for Jhui and his group. I know everyone in Targossas had a lot of fun fighting you guys and you just kept coming even though you had half of our number. Really cool of you.
I was really wondered whether or not Bounties would get implemented when I submitted it. They seem to have set it up how I pitched it, so will be interesting to see how it turns out:

@Herenicus for an amazing sermon in Mhaldor today. Your gifted use of the English language is appreciated and lauded! Keep up the awesome
@Aegoth I think you mean the Achaean language, because our characters aren't speaking English and therefore nothing he was saying made sense IC.
I appreciate that everyone roleplayed as though Herenicus was speaking using colons and semi-colons instead of the Shatner-esque commas and dashes that sometimes characterize his amateur performances.
