Jovora is a regular alt that was attacked by a Mhaldorian newbie, but he won by virtue of prepping the dude's left leg with newbiekicks, breaking with a newbiepunch, proning with newbiesweepkick then killing with newbieBBT.

In other news, I hear Vaehl is Tvistor (he added a 'T' no one can even pronounced to confuse everyone) and Shar could justifiably be ganked forever based on the interactions I've had.

Go into the most NW point of the web (it's seriously just west x 2 from the center of the web, then ne) and go NW to get back into the pit area. It's easy to map actually. Least he only knocks you out for like 1 health per 8 seconds ^_^

I am astounded no one has broken the combat system yet. (Right?) A lot of conversations over the skillsets people would pick for combat have taken place over the years. In fact, this is a pretty good time to test those theories.

Nah I would have enjoyed using the voice that breaks an arm of leg, epteth/epseth voice break arm, then prep like that, making them unable to attack back

To begin with, all knights should be using Reflexes when forging.

They stopped most of the insane skill combinations you could have by limiting what skills were available.

Only got to play about 3.5-4 hours during the hunt, but still got four levels and participation points. Not too bad.

I'm not sure if this is a rant or a rave, but spending my entire weekend on this hunt. Ended up 18th overall and 8th in my tier, got some nice credits I was not expecting, and still slept plenty. Also did pretty well for being pre-90 and only mildly artied. Even managed to fit in a bit of RP with a few people I almost never get to interact with, even if it was short-lived.















I am never doing this again.

Legit wished there was more ormyrr action though. I did see the enormous genocide of Eleusis near the end of the Great Hunt, which was hilarious, but the first time I was passed an ember I was so tense, squinting constantly looking for ormyrr. That feeling was great and something that's been sorely missing, but then..nothing.

Haha, that was our own doing actually.  Bad decision, but was fun.

I admit I was expecting a lot more from the Ormyrr chasing people with embers.  I only got attacked once, killed that group with some help, and then haven't seen any Ormyrr attacks since.  Now it's more a fear of random instant-death from carrying embers that are too big.

I never thought I'd say this, but Mhaldor is proving to be impressive, no matter what others have said on the forums. I've gotten more quality interaction since I had Wyn join Mhaldor at this point in time than I've ever gotten playing Achaea on any character.

In short, I'm having fun here for the first time in a long time.

@Hhaos 6 pounds, but the death-hit is random. You don't die the instant the ember gets above 6.

I've had an 11 pound ember for 6 hours and haven't died from it yet.
