I figured as much. just saw all the news from all over and though to myself: This makes me feel like I am watching a Tarantino film. You can never count on any character not dying.
Not that I dislike the idea, it does make the world feel more alive, more dynamic and more vivid. Just do not kill off Sarapis as a character. I will send @Xenomorph with his broomsticks after you!

@Alyssea: From the rumours I'd heard, the ranking sits at 100%. I'm missing some places, but maybe those places stopped counting -- or maybe it's just rounding up!

Firstly @Delphinus, congratulations on quite the accomplishment to achieve that explorer ranking. Secondly, sorry to disappoint, but no, it doesn't mean you've explored 100%.
I won't go into exact numbers, but I will say that there is still a lot of places that you haven't discovered.

Impossibru! If Delph hasn't been there it does not exist.
Tons of fun interaction with @Kyrra and a certain Occultist. Adore you both, you're wonderful to interact with.
It really made my night!
(D.M.A.): Cooper says, "Kyrra is either the most innocent person in the world, or the girl who uses the most innuendo seemingly unintentionally but really on purpose."
Yeah, I'm glad we're getting newbs who aren't quitting yet lol. Props to Pazael, Naphula, Glaen, Nakari, Cahin, Rajan, Friedrich for choosing the Ebon Fist. We'll try our best to make it better.
this is the problem with being inactive for long stretches of time. You can be a member of your house for longer then your house leader, but you're still just a newb who hasn't quite yet. I'll have you know I've been not quitting for a lot longer then almost everyone on that list!
But really, thanks for all the work you higher-ups are trying to do. I know it's hard to see so many people leave (RIP @Mikey), but some how you all stick through it
On one hand I do love the events going on in the realms, but looking across the IRE Muds and seeing gods and legends dying, I have to ask: Is Quentin Tarantino the new IRE Producer? Only he could kill off so many main characters!
I jest of course. Can not wait to see what all this opens up!
I can see the headlines of the next Sapience Today:
TARANTINO NEW EVENTS MANAGER
IN OTHER NEWS: 20 NAMED NPCs KILLED IN HORRIFYING WEDDING MASSACRE
RAVE: I got 19 str without fury, 5k+ health, I can dsl curare/prefarar then use my trans voicecraft and sing at you This rocks to dsl and use voicecraft. The new version of bard
Why do awesome things happen when my internet is down for four days?!
That said, love the latest happenings in Achaea and the events posts were fantastic to come back to. Between @Cardan in the Dais, the great writing behind scenes and the "little things" that have been improving across the board since that topic about what players want to see in the game - major raves for @Tecton, @Sarapis, and the rest of the Garden! You guys rock.
"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to? You will never find that [everlasting] life for which you are looking. When the gods created man they allotted to him death, but life they retained in their own keeping. As for you, Gilgamesh, fill your belly with good things; day and night, night and day, dance and be merry, feast and rejoice. Let your clothes be fresh, bathe yourself in water, cherish the little child that holds your hand, and make your wife happy in your embrace; for this too is the lot of man."
More troubling, it seems that some of the brave adventurers who periodically undergo the Trial of Rebirth... are not reborn in the Flame as expected, but perish as charred corpses!
More awesomeness from the Garden. Keep up the great work, I think I speak for everyone when I say how much I appreciate the care for storytelling and interest this is getting on so many levels.
A frenzied cleric screams, "Like more than one halo!"
The sweltering heat of the forge spills out across the land as the rumbling voice of Phaestus booms, "I want you to know, the Garden reaction to that one is: What?" The voice of Melantha, Goddess of the Seasons, echoes amid the rustle of leaves, "That's the censored version."
I lost 70K when Silas heroically beckoned 3 of us into guards because I had it out to request letters to send to you
He's not as nice as I am.
I'm imagining Scorpion shouting out valorously "GET OVER HERE!" with a noble glint in his eyes as he draws in his victims for a 12-hit combo culminating in a bloody FATALITY while someone yells TOASTY! in the clan chats.

although if you want to send me to those places for a brief nonlethal vacation that's cool
The soul of Ashmond says, "Always with the sniping."

An agree reaction would be nice, but I suppose "like" will do.
