So, Aehren gifted me something - Nearly ending up with me passing out in front of him. In fact I'm still at risk of fainting in awe. Just... Gah! I can't find the words.

@Caoimhaen Hanging out with you is always a blast. No matter how the day is coming along, your company ends up grounding me. Giving me time to reflect and just soak in the whole atmosphere of Achaea.
@Eiredhel Your choice in food selection is always delicious. I think you're the only one to pull Z and I away from bacon for a meal. A lot of people have good things to say about you, and it's easy to see why.

Domestically, you have carved out your own little corner of Hashan, grown, and given back in a profoundly positive way. In a city that is known for internal strife, you have been a shining example of how Hashan should and can work. Attracting citizens to Hashan is no easy task in of itself, but you built the organization from the ground up not only saving up and investing your facilities but creating a community that is both unique and inviting. This has drawn alchemists from all over established Hashan as the place to play as an alchemist.
In turn this has affected your place in foreign affairs. Drawing Alchemists rather easily to the resources and supportive community that you have to offer, you have made a name for yourselves. The Institute has become nearly synonymous with alchemist roleplay and should be proud that it is, in large, responsible for the culture of the class in Achaea. This might be even more telling, the Institute is also likely one of the most, if not the most, relevant organizations in Hashan. While it may not be a force on the battlefield, other cities have one way or another acknowledge the threat the Institute is to their own alchemist populations and many have taken steps, or at least made threats, in order to combat it.
@Hellen has done a wonderful job leading the clan and fleshing out the structure and culture of the clan over the past year. I made a good choice when I appointed you as clan head. I am glad to give you my continued support and see the Institute grow. I cannot wait to see what is next for it.
@Ourania, thank you for all your help and support since the clan's inception, your little touches to our facilities, advice, and general positive impact has helped the Institute become what it is today.
