I dunno if they were an alt, or just a savvy novice but the Ashtani serpent I butted heads with today. Even if their lack of understanding of the definitions of ethics and logic made me a bit cranky.

Still got to delve into Gibbi's neurotic scholar side and derail a discussion on the slaying of innocents to nitpick her very line of thought.

I've always struggled a bit with combat as a knight even though it's my favorite thing in Achaea and it's finally starting to click thanks to all the thousands of spars with everyone. Earlier I managed to kill a monk ranked in the 50s with over 7k health and a metric fuckton of arties. And I even lived more than thirty seconds in a spar with @Rangor. I'm pretty damn pumped right now!

The back of the skull has been removed to allow it to be wielded with ease with the front of the skull, yellowed tusks intact, providing formidable defense against any blows.

Action when wielded: A bright light coalesces forth from the runes on a rune-etched mammoth shield as chains shoot forth and affix the shield to the forearm of (me, Hhaos)

"Affixes to my arm" is still a bit weird though, since Achaea refers to you in second person otherwise. "Affixes to your arm" would seem more normal.

It's a gradual process. It's rare that a major raid happens that I don't think of another trigger, alias or tactic for the next one. Just keep throwing yourself in them headfirst!
