    Thanks Shallam, great fun raiding today. Grats to @Adrielle on a really sweet Absolve kill, didn't notice my mana creeping down while I was leaning on my kai heal. Died more than I killed but it was still great fun.

    Vayne's personal roleplay has been so refreshing lately and quite likely has saved me from burn out. I am not going to name anyone for confidentiality purpose(secrete serpent stuff), but you all know who you are and it has been a blast!

    Making progress with combat (slowly!) and also making progress level-wise (also slowly!) but it's still progress!

    Plus, been having a ton of fun interacting with Nell's family lately.

    Plus, the Xoran event is interesting!

    All in all, had a nice Achaean day ^_^

    I'm conflicted about the newest events post, but I'll put it down as a tentative rave...so completely messed up and dark, to the point where I cringed a bit, but had me unable to look away and kept me reading to the end (rare for events post, I get bored and have a short attention span, I need ritalin)

    I think Kotyonok just like to mess with @Nizaris half the time, but then she does it to everyone of her kids and it makes me cringe, but I have a lot of fun RPing with @Nizaris, especially since it seems like we're both the scholarly type.

    I haven't been so happy to pick something up again in a long time. And thanks for everyone who made my first day back feel normal and welcoming with no hard feelings. Makes me so happy to be a SL and Hashani, and all my friends who don't fit into those two categories were lovely as well. Ah, and even though I haven't really had extended conversations with a lot of people I'm ecstatic to see so many people that I never met before and am looking forward to interacting with them in the days to come. 

    And if anyone makes another 'What's a Hashan' joke I'm going to e-punch you in your e-spleen. <3

    It's amazing how much more I appreciate everything I had/have in Achaea after having to spend time away from it to deal with me things. I never have to worry about people OOC backstabbing me.. and always know people I deal with are looking out for my best interests. Almost teared up while speaking with a few select people. You guys are all amazing and beautiful... 

    (I'll probably be wondering what I was smoking when I said all this a week from now) 

    Hanging out with non-roleplayers makes me value all the beautiful things that roleplay communities bring, and all the negatives don't seem so glaring anymore. I should get my eyes checked, or my brain checked...either or.

    I'm really liking the Xorani event. I've always wondered about the exact history of the Xoran race, and really like that the admins are working to flesh out some of the more obscure races.

    Yeah. Koty just does that to mess with Niz. OOC, she's been pretty cool, and helpful with OOC professional problems with my wife (she's a certified history teacher, which is kind of like being an aspiring actress). So, I'm happy that Nizaris has a kind-of-foil. It was interesting when she tracked to the Silas/Lodi debate, and Nizaris got to be like, "Mother, I swear if you so much as snuggle up against me, I'm going to kill you. Right here. In front of all of these people." Over the Xanatov Clan. So, I'm glad that the player can take Niz's more serious side in stride, even when Koty is a lot less serious than I can pull off.

    Also, @Trilliana, had fun RP'ing with you the other day in Hashan. And please bring your Mhaldorian alt back to life. Please?

    What was supposed to be a routine salvage run quickly turned around as we ran into a Caspiite war citadel. Nearly got my ass handed to me. Was a pretty cool(and humbling) experience.

    @Kresslack: why is everyone except me getting bashed in the face by citadels? I haven't so much as seen one that wasn't dead in the water since I quit the Pirates. I want to get my face bashed in my a citadel. 




    Not really that unhappy that my face isn't bashed in.
    I am retired and log into the forums maybe once every 2 months. It was a good 20 years, live your best lives, friends.

    As far as I can tell (even with the plethora of defences, I have to tread slowly and carefully), it's just four rooms repeated. I haven't seen any sort of exit further into the alien world. My guess is it's a temporary death trap until the story unfolds further.

    Yeah that's what Lacy and I noticed when we tried to burrow our way around there - same rooms never-ending. Would be nice to be able to get a description on the ormyrr too (if I don't die so many times again when I try it)

    @Wysteria Just make an alias that does n; l ormyrr; s (or whatever direction). You'll probably die if they afflict or are faster than your alias, but you'll at least get the description!
