    @Tahquil:

Thick slabs of basalt lie in broken pieces around the huge base of a towering bloodsteel stalagmite. Stretching fifteen feet into the air, the circumference of this monolithic formation's base is as wide as many mortals. Faint rivulets of dried blood crust upon the dull bloodsteel surface of this homage to the Malevolent One. Thrusting upward, this lofty spire is craggy and uneven, swelling and contracting in odd proportions. Veins of molten basalt writhe in helixed engravings that ascend the giant conical shrine to Sartan.

Well. To be fair, even that imagery is appropriate for Sartan. Giggity. :D

It's the piece of rock that people killed themselves on. How is that not history? :/
(D.M.A.): Cooper says, "Kyrra is either the most innocent person in the world, or the girl who uses the most innuendo seemingly unintentionally but really on purpose."

I wish it was a Phaestus shrine with a hammer so I could use a Dr. Horrible gif to illustrate.

I do like everything that is going on with Sartan's order right now also

Seeing a lot of old Maldaathi Knights come back and jump right into helping with the House and Aspirants. @Tristan, @Titonus, @Orchist, @Machet. As well as all the Knights who have been there pushing us and supporting us and challenging us every step of the way. Too many to list, honestly, this is a rave for the whole of the Maldaathi.
We are all Maldaathi IRL. It's what we do.

I don't want a screenshot of the shrine text.

Also your signature is attrociously fucking huge.

There could be babies on this thread!

This better? I discovered Tinypic.com! yay!
  • Am so happy about these changes. Very well done, @Tecton and others behind the scenes.

  • @Achimrst Thank you

Loss of prone guarding makes me sad, but it was pretty powerful in a duel, one mistake and oh look leg leg torso... Now I am just trying to figure out a scenario were I would kai banish over kai cripple. Everything else is pretty spot on awesome.

edit: Take the time to try and figure out the specific mount.. to actually banish. Wish I could just target and adventurer and it would be the mount they are on.

Yeah, that seems like a good idea. Assume there are several identical mounts in a room and your opponent is sitting on one of them - it's going to be a pain finding the right one to banish.

I guess one might consider slightly lowering the kai cost for banish too, with this change. Make banish cheaper, cripple slightly more expensive, to make it actually useful to sometimes go for banish instead of cripple.

Been playing monk for only two weeks now, but thank you @Tecton and co for the Monk changes, particularly the stancing one. This is a great thing.

Also, thanks to the Targossas crew for putting up with my lack of knowledge of raiding and my tiny kitten-finger kaichokes and my pots-and-pans grade mind crushes. I am sorry I do not hurt, but at least I can numb and be dropped into a guardstack and have my 10 seconds of glory.
A crush/blackout amidst chokes can be a powerful thing regardless of damage (especially if the other person doesn't have Breathing yet. Damn it).

Classleads are being rolled out really quickly and so far they have been (largely) on point. Every time a new one comes out I want to start playing again and change class, especially with the most recent quality of life changes for Monk. I'm trying to stick it out until the Runewarden classleads come around but these rapiers aren't decaying any slower. Exciting stuff.

I also don't want to end up regretting all those lessons I put in riding.

My rave goes to @Taraus. We might be about to get ourselves in a whole heap of headache or trouble, but I love that we are game for whatever comes of it.
    Best Mother-in-law/Partner in crime.
The sweltering heat of the forge spills out across the land as the rumbling voice of Phaestus booms, "I want you to know, the Garden reaction to that one is: What?"
The voice of Melantha, Goddess of the Seasons, echoes amid the rustle of leaves, "That's the censored version."

Wait, so weed is against Creation and all that, but the bastion of chaos and occultism is 'neutral'? Now thats amusing  :P

And you won't understand the cause of your grief...

  • Man, gonna be hard to get that sweet experience with all those wars if you really do get 1/3 the xp from killing soldiers. Still, the old BBT got me to Logosian and I am grateful for it, rest in peace.
  • Old bbt got me to dragon, son. Take a seat.

  • More confession than rave, and bring the disagrees and WTFs at your discretion. I actually like Tremlolo where it is, and think it's a neat ability.
There's like, a time between using it, and it's just a sped up shatter. Bards are supposed to be fast-paced right? What's more fast-paced than someone walking into your room and giving you a mangled leg and prone?
