    Excellent idea. All achaean caber toss slated for next ironcon. R u menz enuf?!? I'm absolutely down for it. First prize would be good boots. Mine are getting ratty and good boots that last are hard to find.

    Damn, you pass as him way too convincingly! And yeah, it's okay, I could tell you weren't a crossfitter by your gainz and lack of injuries. ;P

    I had no idea who this Hendricks fellow was and found this whole conversation confusing until I googled him.

    Ironically, I read this having just come back from Crossfit (I do a lot of it and have for 5+ years) while eating a vegan kale salad and drinking a chia, almond, and banana vegan shake. I'm not at all vegan or vegetarian and almost never have a vegan meal, so was funny.

    Hmm. I think I need some cured pork products to make up for it.


    Spoken like a true crossfitter! 

    All jokes aside, Crossfit can actually be a good workout. I've tried it before, but those mainstream douchers seem to ruin it for everyone. :neutral_face:

    I can definitely buy that people who have any knowledge of exercise methodology and safety can benefit from Crossfit. It honestly looks like a hell of a lot of fun. It's the 98% who don't have prior knowledge of methodology and safety that worry me! :P 

    Edit: Also, I've been thinking for days of starting an MMA/martial arts thread. Should I do that? Or someone can beat me to it, whatever. I dunno.

    Thank dog. The kipping pull-ups are my prime example of why Crossfit is so often dangerous, so I would be forced to make fun of you if you thought they were great, and I'm kinda scared to make fun of you. ;)

It only took me three months to find a company willing to run a hard line out here. No more moving every month! Plus I love when people ask where I live and I get to say T22MD and they think I'm jokingly naming another planet.
    When google doesn't know where you live, it must be on a different planet. T22MD yields no hits on google maps.
