I am so glad to live in California, where all that happens are earthquakes and wild fires.

Not sure if @Kresslack‌ is agreeing to the thread getting weirder or that I'm an asshole. I don't like ambiguity. D:

I'm originally from that area! Holy crap, that kind of weather never happened when I lived there.

So I happened to be working from home today, and was on my way out to run some errands, but came back home fast as the skies turned black in a matter of moments. I then got emergency texts from my work that 4 funnel clouds were spotted near work (which is also near my house, the locations ended up being sort of between work and home, about 4 blocks from me) and then that 2 had touched down. Just driving the 20 blocks or so home from when I left for errands I was literally racing the bad weather. Anyway got inside, herded 300+ lbs of 3 big dogs, and 2 kittens into the basement, and we stayed down there about 30 minutes.

In that short time (actually less, the weather swept through fast and I stayed down there extra time to be sure) this is what happened in my neighborhood. Pretty crazy because eastern CO and stuff will get tornadoes and warnings, but never in the city.

Luckily for me it all stayed out east along the planes/Denver - worst we got at the foothills was some rain haha.

@Karai, I call fake. There's no ripped jeans.

They just got so bad, had to switch to dresses for now. At least I'm off the ground.

That was going to be my next reason to call it a fake.
