Just got home from graduation! Someone seems to have been silly enough to think I'm mature and qualified enough to add "M.A." to the end of my signature. Shh, don't let them know the truth!

They changed our department from being "Psychology" to being "Psychological & Brain Sciences" partway through this year, though my diploma still says "Psychology" on it. I'm glad, because I think the change is silly

Before he passed away, my grandfather used to do these all the time. Finally got a chance, and some proper jars, to do them myself. Brandy soaked nectarines and sultanas. In a couple of months they should be nice and tasty.

The countryside is both beautiful and terrifying.

At first I saw the beautiful greenery, the vineyard, the mountains and those charming homes.

Then I saw that desolated section of the forest that is broken and barren. No wonder exterminations irritate you so much, you experience it in daily life!

Drove up to St. Louis today to run errands and see a friend from university. We went to the botanical gardens (where I nerded out) and then the art museum (where I nerded out). All in all it was a great day.
