The whole concept of the "cook your own x" restaurants has always struck me as somewhat odd. I go to a restaurant because I don't want to cook. Why would I want to pay for a meal and then have them bring it out for me to cook as well? I could have done that at home.

Well, you get to season your own steak. Just dont go there if you dont want to cook!
So, tomorrow night my brother and sisters are coming over for a family dinner. This was arranged by my older sister who is staying with me at the moment, who volunteered my house as the venue and then told me of her idea when she announced it to the other siblings. She then said that it would be alright because she would do all the cooking and everything, I wouldn't have to do anything. Knowing my sister, I took this with a grain of salt and then last night when she got home from work she said to me "Um...did you want to make dessert for Friday night? I don't think I'll get time."
So I did. Here's my attempt at a christmasy dessert for tomorrow night's dinner:

@Berenene: So what are they? Looks like meringue nests with a LOT of green-flavoured icing, then slices of kiwi and strawberry? I guess my main question is really what flavour is the icing?
Commission List: Aesi, Kenway, Shimi, Kythra, Trey, Sholen .... 5/5 CLOSED I will not draw them in the order that they are requested... rather in the order that I get inspiration/artist block.

Not icing, but green coloured thickend cream, flavoured with a little vanilla and then whipped to piping consistency. Right with the kiwi and strawberry and then passion fruit pulp drizzled over the top and then those coloured sugar balls scattered over them for "decorations"

So you can walk out and sincerely say "My compliments to the Chef."

But I can say that at home without even standing up from my chair. I guess at least they're doing the dishes for you, though.
Meet Moxie, overseeing my wrapping of presents from the blanket pile on the couch.
The sweltering heat of the forge spills out across the land as the rumbling voice of Phaestus booms, "I want you to know, the Garden reaction to that one is: What?" The voice of Melantha, Goddess of the Seasons, echoes amid the rustle of leaves, "That's the censored version."
I have no idea, I think lab and australian shepherd, possibly a little grizzly in there.

Can't stop, won't stop.
And to those who attempt to impose convention..
I'd blur that but @Penwize would make some comment and that would make things a lot worse.
Also on an unrelated note, I think I did my laundry wrong because I just noticed my pants seem like they're getting tighter

Odd that that's endearing?
Odder that it's the first thing I noticed? (I do not have a foot fetish.)
