I use Palmolive, lithium grease, and a VHS copy of Police Academy IV, myself. Gets that factory fresh matte black hue even your most postal of USPS employees have a hard time matching.
Did a local charity event for the Boys and Girls Club called "The Color Run!" -- was a blast!
Now that I've moved out and have to wash my own clothes, my first thought on seeing that pic wasn't "Aweseome for you for taking part in a charity and helping make a life less fortunate a little better/easier/etc". It was "Dear god, that is going to be murder on the washing machine to try and clean"
@Berenene -- Actually, I think it's a cornstarch based color. It came right out, no residue, no weird discoloring or staining.
...color on the skin, however, was a whole separate story. I had blue and yellow dye in my ears and on my feet that took almost a week to come out. Apparently once you get it on you and you sweat, it kind of stays there.
@Denex that looks like so much fun, but if you have friends that want to take pictures, have them make sure all the camera pieces are protected from the dust. One of my old friends from high school is a photographer and has heard some horror stories about cameras being basically destroyed- camera rental places are going to stop renting them out for those events
@Trilliana -- Oh, I know! It was insane! We carried ours in a double-ziplock bag along with car keys and the sort. Was an incredibly smart move on the front end, there were horror stories of folks with destroyed phones and cameras all over the following day. All in all, we got some great photos! There's a few more I've been debating about putting up, but I don't want to spam.
So I flew back to Malaysia and have been chilling out. I had to buy a new guitar because it turns out the guitar I bought when I was 13 is really tiny.
In other news, if someone from Targossas offers to buy me clothing IG right now then you can purchase the most dashing serpent until the end of this month. Hurry while stocks last.
@Tvistor — you need a form like Viridian to hide the fact you could be running around sans clothing. It's why I'm in that mode all the time: just in case wardrobe decides to decay right in front of a Divine or something.
