Afterwards, Daigo goes to the river and finds a small stone to give to Mika. He tells her about "stone-letters", a story told to him by his father – "A long time ago, before words were invented, people would give each other stones to express how they were feeling at that point. A smooth stone might mean that you are happy, while a rough one might mean you are worried about them."
(It was honestly a pretty big deal, I didn't graduate high school and have a GED so graduating with 2 BAs and a minor and now going on to a PhD program is kinda beyond amazing and unexpected for me.)
Then Pickles got super upset since he had to be in a car for many hours while we're driving to our new home several states away for grad school:
Then Pickles met his ~lover~ @Dunn and was instantly cheered up if only to make @Taraus jealous:
Then me and @Dunn had SANDWICHES and it was delicious but it was stupidly bright out:
(Mhaldor's Next Top Model): Melodie says, "Get rekt scrubbbbb."
(Mhaldor's Next Top Model): You say, "Scrubbbssss."
(Mhaldor's Next Top Model): Trey says, "Austere was hangin' out the passenger side of his best friend's ride, apparently."
I really like @Dunn's beardy thing. Only beard to ever get approval.
(D.M.A.): Cooper says, "Kyrra is either the most innocent person in the world, or the girl who uses the most innuendo seemingly unintentionally but really on purpose."
Enjoying some swordfish at some place where they make you cook it yourself on this super heated marble slab thing. Also next to me is some guy that has more hair than me.

One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one's work is terribly important

Miss @Hataru: This made me tear up a bit, lol. I feel like I just read a post I hope I get to make in the near future, for realsies. I dropped out of HS at 16 and got my GED after going bucked ass wild for 3 years and nearly ruining my life along the way. I worked my ass off to pay off bills so I could even go to uni, and it has tried my willpower and resolve every step of the way. I'm a junior now, working on 2 BA's and a minor, and fully intend to continue on for a PhD when this is over. Haha. It's just really, really encouraging and exciting to see that someone who started in a similar place, with similar goals made it all the way.
You're damn right it was a big deal! Nothing good comes easy, and I for one am extremely f*cking proud of you.
I wish you all the very best in your endeavors. Sincerely looking forward to hearing about your success. Oh, and congratuf*ckinglations!!
No week in my life is completed without more junk purchased from the endless warehouse of the Internet. This week: Crazy Uncle Joe's party
