  • I like my steak like I like my Magic cards: mythic rare.
  • Ok seriously. Seriously you guys.

This is fucking epic. I am using this for my 'screensaver' when I'm gone from now on.

  • Meanwhile, looks like Tony has planned some...upgrades for our friendly neighborhood spider:

  • A broken one at that - look at the wing tip.
"Faded away like the stars in the morning,
Losing their light in the glorious sun,
Thus would we pass from this earth and its toiling,
Only remembered for what we have done."

  • hah the video on this link makes me laugh
hashtags get out of my life!

I didn't find this on the internet, but I still thought it was interesting. Sorry for the slightly blurry pic. Definitely made me go:

    Can anyone corroborate that?

You close your eyes momentarily and extend the range of your vision, seeking out the presence of Drugs.
Though too far away to accurately perceive details, you see that Drugs is in Mhaldor.
  • eeeeeeeeeeenteresting.....  We ladies have always needed our over the shoulder boulder holder-type garments, eh?

At first glance, sounds like it could just as easily be a combination of sloppy archaeology and credulous journalism.
  • I agree, that's why I asked for corroboration. Though a University and the fashion curator of the London Museum sound pretty credible to me.

  • A lot of the native tribes in Borneo (we're talking at least a few thousand years old) had the women bandage their breasts with fabric to hold it in. Not quite like a bra but it's was a common Asiatic way of providing support. The concept isn't new, but maybe the strappy cup holder styles we're more familiar with might be what surprises people. Thing is though, weren't breasts considerably smaller centuries ago too?

  • yes and no. Remember, the buxom women were the desirable ones because they could sustain/feed tiny humans. People were shorter/smaller in general, but you can be thin and flat or short and stacked, too.

New way of describing babies apart from hellspawn! Don't forget wider hips too = big strong babies can pop out. Then again that's kinda why I mentioned Asiatic, they were all tiny people by way of evolution in dealing with the high altitudes of Mongolia etc.

  • The reason why I brought this up is this mention in HELP TAILORING:

"The one exception we permit here [for modern designs] are bras. Yes, they are a decidedly modern invention in the real world but in Achaea we are lucky to have a Creator who finds that support can often do wonders for a woman's bosom."

Bras are overrated. Bring back the days of corsets and tiny hips.
(D.M.A.): Cooper says, "Kyrra is either the most innocent person in the world, or the girl who uses the most innuendo seemingly unintentionally but really on purpose."

  • there's a handful of sources that seem to corroborate it through google

this one seems to be from the university its self, so seems legit enough.

  • That definitely looks like a bra to me, not a wrap or a corset.

Depending on the tiny one in question, I usually prefer the term "crotch dropping"
Janeway: Tuvok! *clapclap* Release my hounds!
    Krenim: Hounds? How cliche.
Janeway: Tuvok! *clapclap* Release my rape gorilla!
    Krenim: ...We'll show ourselves out.

Interesting article about the paradoxical traits often found in creative people: linkage It's oddly quite accurate.
That's actually more accurate than I care to admit.
