Most of those things are terribly unrealistic, but "badly-written dramatisation of something that actually happened" is just as likely an explanation as "completely made up".

Final fantasy sucked after 8. 10 was okay. 9 was rubbish (story was decent though). 10-2 absolutely destroyed the series, and should have never been made.

(8 is the best tho, soz. 10 has a pretty solid story, 7 was nice too. But Kefka best villain ever lol)
