@Sena : Old dragon or new dragon? New dragon's dps is kinda low-ish.
New dragon. New dragon is good compared to unartied classes (excepting knights/bards of course), but almost every fully artied class has better dps than artied dragon (only slightly better though, and dragon has other advantages besides dps).
Comparing bard to old dragon: Unartied bard can match old unartied dragon dps with around 90/247, 98/239, or 110/231. I don't think there's ever been a rapier good enough for unartied bard to match old artied dragon, without runes. Artied bard can match old artied dragon with something like 90/243, 98/239, or 110/227 (this is even easier than unartied bard matching old unartied dragon, because old dragon didn't scale well with strength). It takes really good rapiers, so it's not practical, but it's possible.
All of my numbers are just considering accentato jab, no canticle.
Sparred some and helped in defense. Every time I defend I learn something new.
Today's lesson: Grove summon.
On the bright side, I know what to do for next time! I figure by the time Ziva turns 100 years old, I might be at least passable at combat. Until then, I'm seriously having a blast learning!
Returned after being on vacation, log on and read up on all that's been going on and decided that I'm tired of being Hashani.... over 200 years there, it's time for a change!
I asked on an OOC clan if someone spoke English as a second language and 15 minutes later that person executed me on completely baseless IC pretenses.
cum hoc ergo propter hoc
Just because the execution followed the comment does not mean the comment caused the execution. Sometimes, things just happen one after another. If it really did happen that way, great, probably better ways to deal with it than snide implications. If it didn't happen that way, it's arguably libel.
Basically, don't do it

"Post hoc, ergo propter hoc" would be more accurate in this case, I think.
Becoming a bit more confident with designing. Tried my hand at tailoring today for the first time ever. Designed my wedding dress, and the shoes to go with.
Today, Ziva took part in her very first raid. Figured after being jumped by Eleusis more than once, there was no reason not to get involved. Thank you Hashan for making my night much more interesting!
Had a really fun party spar of me vs my protege and three of his hunting buddies. They almost got me! From the post-spar chatter it sounded like we had at least two new converts to combat from... whatever it is people do in this game that's not combat.
I know it has a warning about it being in beta and all but... Raged pretty hard at Mudlet v3... Woke up, started game up... Found out I'd randomly lost about 2000 lines of code. Again.
Ended up reinstalling 2.1 and rewriting the entire block from memory... Not the way I wanted to spend the first couple of hours of my day.
Kicked some crystal ass, then got booted from the event Dunno why everyone wanted to snuggle with the bad guys, but maybe I got to make my own mark on the event.
perhaps we wanted to discern whether or not they -were- bad guys. ;D bit hard to do that when they refuse to speak because someone present is being bloodthirsty.
Oh yeah, left when a denizen was clearly not all that interested in all the questions, with enough time to avoid the worldburn! fun times. ;D
I understand being suspicious of them, but the guilty until proven innocent mindset causing one to get a little bloodthirsty and start killing them upon arrival is probably not the intended way to start off the event.

prime example : @Sarapis and the Vertani event. Didn't that go along the lines of "Oh, you want to kill these potentially important denizens that could help your cities? ALLOW ME TO DESTROY YOUR HOMES."
Aurora says, "Tharvis, why are you always breaking things?!" Artemis says, "You are so high maintenance, Tharvis, gosh." Tecton says, "It's still your fault, Tharvis."
Motivated a Mhaldorian novice to learn more about his class skills before dropping noxious clouds everywhere. Motivated him the messy way, then had a decent conversation and encouraged him to keep learning.
On that subject, since there's a nag message that pops up when you first attack a village loyal, shouldn't there be a nag message that pops up when you first use a room effect? Like, "WARNING: This ability may injure other adventurers who may seek retribution! Use this ability carefully."
Saw everything go generally as planned for the ball, after lots of planning and gold spent, with a really great sermon from one of our novices. Targ rocks.

I don't know how to get out of this quote box!
The ball was awesome! I was laughing so hard. Someone post Andraste's amazing entrance!

Now to actually learn how to do cooking stuff...
When I draw, I draw a drawing for my drawing so I can draw in my Achaea.
Yeahhuh.

I'm just going to keep standing here trying to solicit a response.
